It is unequivocally true. No other US president has demonstrated he has known less about the constitution, checks and balances, the branches of government, the way the country or economy or military works, or the responsibilities of the office. Moreover Trump has shown he doesn't care to learn or improve.

Yes, he was our first black president. If he is the model for what a black president can do to this country, I hope that he will be the first and the last. Before you jump to the typical liberal conclusion, my sentiment is based on performance and has nothing I repeat nothing to do with his skin tone. Unlike the DEMONcrats with Trump , when he was elected, for the good of my country I hoped that he would be the best ever. How did that work out?

How did that “lock her up” campaign turn out for ya? Hell it went so badly that the usual propagandists had to come up with Q-anon where something as just braindead as “Trump already has her in chains, she hides them with a heavy coat” was the norm of claims made.

There is no luring trumpists away and Trump did not win a plurality of voters. Bernie has already attracted working class voters by telling them they will not be left behind.

I voted "True", but Trump hasn't been our worst president so far. I still believe that "W" holds that honor due to getting us into a war with a country that never attacked us and posed no threat to us. By some estimates, more than a million people (on all sides over the course of 18 years) died due to that war, which is far more than Saddam ever killed.

Carter, on the other hand, presided over an increasing misery index of his own, starting his term at 12.72% and increasing to levels well above Ford’s highs. Carter’s misery index peaked at 21.98% in June of 1980. His misery index was still above 20% come November 1980, so Reagan (R) was able to use Carter’s own words and the misery index against him in the following election and make Carter a rare one-term President.

Which is an unsupported opinion not actually backed up by facts. Nothing he stated demonstrates that he himself or any of his policies were responsible for that. Only that it did go up and he considered that a factor. Guess you've never heard of economic trends, the oil crisis, etc...

Absolutely. Carter also did a lot to improve our relationship with China (basically picking up where Nixon left off), and initiated the research that is allowing the US to have an oil boom today.

If I remember correctly, there were more jobs created per year under Carter than under Ronald Reagan, and the largest percent of jobs increased per year since Roosevelt.

He got a bum rep due to the OPEC embargo and due to the Iran hostage situation.
