Does the EU Ambassador show up for the Wednesday hearing?

He should definitely not show up. If he has to answer questions under oath that cannot be good for the Trump administration.
 
I personally have no idea what he will do - but strongly would urge him to tell the truth and all the truth.

I honestly don’t know, at this point. He made a private deposition and then when he heard others testimony, he came in and changed his original testimony. I am of the old school, where a subpoena from Congress wasn’t optional. Is his window to alter his testimony closed or maybe not?

I am leaning to he shows and mumbles and stumbles and takes the 5th. He seems to be in way over his head.

I said something similar on the last Sunland poll-a JANUS thread.
I don't think he is a credible witness no matter what he says at this point but I do think he will show.
 
Who is Sondland? Trump says he hardly knows the man. Mr Trump, do you recall having a conversation with Sondland? Trump: "No, not at all...not even a little bit".
I mean, when you're gonna lie, that "not even a little bit", just classic Trump. Anyone think Trump isn't lying? Just kidding, everyone knows he's lying about everything.

Based on Sondland's behavior so far, it appears that he'll testify and fill in any "blanks" from his prior testimony, that other witnesses have testified to. He won't tell everything, just like the last two times.
But at this point, he is no doubt feeling pressure by Trump to obstruct...he could do an about face and feign ignorance. Attorney today was discussing how he can't really take the 5th on things he's already discussed, but he could try and say specific conversations he hasn't discussed, he could take the 5th.

Ari Melber had a good segment on him tonight. Always watch him when I cook. They have Sondland in an interview talking about having worked for a governor, always he said, involved a quid pro quo, a very transactional approach he provided for that governor. Looks like Trump picked the perfect guy for a transcactional, quid pro quo deal.

Who do you believe are the credible witnesses?
When you say "not credible", do you believe he is perjuring himself when he makes corrections that basically match with the other 3,4,5 career officials who cite specific knowledge about what Gordon was up to? Why would they not go after him if he was?
Aren't witnesses who are under oath/testifying to congress much hmore likely to tell the truth because of criminal exposure if they do not?

After all, he is only an Ambassador because he donated $1,000,000 to Trumps inauguration. He's in way over his head.

I agree. He thought it would be an episode of Don and Gordon's Excellent Adventures, and than wham, it hit the fan.
 
I want him to show up so we can all see how many times he revises his answers.

He just started speaking. He appears to be telling the truth so far. I believe he just wants to avoid jail.

Sweet gig if you can get it. A two-year all expenses covered, paid vacation to all the capitals of Europe. Eat at the finest restaurants, travel with a military entourage, never wait in line anywhere, meet heads of state and other movers and shakers.

This is why no one actually gives a **** over Hunter Biden, or Trump's idiot kids for that matter, profiting from their parent's offices. Both sides are corrupt and have their snouts in the trough.
