1530 EST is kick off.
Last oddsmaker I saw has Ala. as a 6.5 point favorite.

Double poll: winner on the field and is POTUS booed enthusiastically?

Dunno, man. It's Alabama, after all. I'll probably watch the game, and root for LSU.

I guess I have to root for LSU and Boos heard, but I expect AL to win, and any boos to be insignificant. I guess I'm just glad he's not planning to come to the UT KY game. It would make a mess of traffic and security getting into the game, and so I applaud him making life harder for the LSU and AL fans! The drinkers won't be happy - I expect smuggling booze will be harder with secret service type security at the gates. Boo hoo for them... :2razz:

LSU, to beat the spread at least.....boos will be heard......what are the oddsmakers saying about "LOCK HIM UP" chants being heard?

Boos will be heard but will be drowned out by the far bigger crowd of Trump worshipers.

LSU has very little chance winning this game in Tuscaloosa.

There will be more cheers than Boos. But if there's a lot of Boos, there may be hope for 'Bama after all.

Hey, they got rid of Roy Moore. That's a start.

I just read a story about it and I feel really bad for the LSU and AL fans... :2razz:

Trump’s appearance was most memorable for the logistical mess that accompanied it, as the combination of biblical rain and security enhancements for the president left fans stranded in the downpour outside Mercedes-Benz Stadium for extended periods of time. “It created the logjam of the century,” said Georgia athletic director Greg McGarity, who recalls his wife being stuck in the rain for 90 minutes in part because of a gate closure. “It was a miserable experience.”
...
As one sports executive who has dealt with presidential visits over the years put it to Yahoo Sports: “The worst words you can hear are: ‘The president is coming to your game.’”

What changes when a president comes to a game? From the College Football Playoff title-game experience, there was an influx of security, including additional metal detectors. There were closed gates, closed roads around the stadium and an extended security perimeter. Parts of the concourse can be shut down for periods of time as the president moves around.

I heard it's a massive recruiting weekend for AL. Gosh, how horrible if the recruits get stuck in endless lines, invasive pat downs and searches. That would be unfortunate! Might ruin the whole experience!

I definitely will be, and Geaux, Tigers! I'm hoping to see a great game. I love the SEC and am so impressed by Bama's depth and expect to see a terrific passing game and also to learn what my team is going to face later. And in that game I hope we beat the hell outta LSU.

Edited to add that I hope that nobody acts like an ass tomorrow. Thank goodness the game is at Alabama; if you've ever attended a game at Tiger Stadium, you know that somebody is going to act like an ass. My first experience in Death Valley was drunk fans fighting in the stands with broken beer bottles.

Tua won't be 100%. Burrow is the real deal and he's healthy. Even with Tua at 100% LSU would still win this one. Coach O walks on water in Louisiana and LSU people have never forgiven Saban, especially when they are all liquored up. Alabama hasn't played much of anyone so far. LSU has scored fewer points but has played with more heart.

LSU by 12.

I love SEC but refuse to go to any of the games. Especially Alabama. If I miss a game, I will have 500,000 talking about it the very next day.

I can only imagine! These days I'd much rather watch games on TV and avoid the insane traffic and parking and straining to see from a stadium seat.

what's up with King Tangface going to all of these sportsball and fisticuffs events lately?

Really, there is only one question to ask.

Will Jeff Sessions have his lips plastered to Trump's ass?

Free press. Campaign positive.
In the news.

And it's not about impeachment.

What a setting, not to be missed. Two undefeated football teams, ranked #1 & #2 in the nation by the AP & Coaches polls.
Heisman more than likely will be won tomorrow 'Heisman Watch' has Joe Burrow currently #1 with Tua Tagovailoa
on his heels.

Added to all this we 'll have the undefeated #1 politician on hand! All Around Excellence Personified.
