With all the hoopla over the models flashing their breasts in the seats at the baseball game I thought about this. Why is it pro baseball players can take off their shirts to celebrate but two women get kicked out of the baseball game?

I take a different view than most. I think anyone not wearing a shirt public should have indecent exposure. These two women are just instagram attention whores out to promote their business. They don't care about ending objectification and commodification of women's bodies. They aren't really making any kind of feminist statement.

And for all you right-wingers that might be inclined to be libertine on this issue, you realize hot women won't be flashing you and only women you will only be able to be see older and fatter women topless at the beach, right?

Having spent a massive chunk of my life in Europe... I never understood the draw of peeler bars and Hooters.

As for ball games etc... because it’s not acceptable in public places like baseball parks... nor soccer stadiums in Europe.

In LA chicks wear bikini’s during afternoon games. That’s fine and for some might seem as a fine line.

PS. my bet is women would be more likely to flash Republicans... as on a whole they’re not effeminate like Democrats... girly-men who sit when they pee.

Free the nipple. If a woman wants to be topless, then that should be her choice. If a man wants to be topless, then that should be his choice.

Absolutely! Nothing indecent about the sight of breasts.

80% of men should be restricted though.

The difference between women's nipples and men's nipples is equivalent to the difference between their arms.

We just recently had 2 threads on this.

I voted Yes, anywhere a man can.

Why not?

(caveat: yes of course there are many individuals who I'd rather not see exposing anything...but that's not the issue in the OP)

Yes, but only where all men sport 6 packs.

I'm pretty torn.

I am unable to come up with a good argument against women being allowed to show their titties.
I think they should not face any legal ramifications for bearing heir breasts. It just doesn't serve society.

However, I don't think that they should show their titties.
It makes it more fun to see them when they are only visible on special occasions.

Two things:

You know, it's a good thing my wife is only 53 and blessed with the genetics, at least in the area being discussed, of a twenty-seven year-old, but I doubt she'd ever exercise those rights, LOL.
Either her or my first spouse would cause traffic accidents if they did :lamo

It's too bad Kitten Natividad isn't somewhere in her mid-to-late twenties right about now.
She'd mess up the entire freeway. :lamo

Mods: I made a valiant attempt to choose a modest and at least somewhat tasteful shot. No really, it was almost like "my own personal Vietnam." If this is still offensive, please feel free to use your own discretion and delete it, pretty please.

No seriously, she has a really nice personality :lamo

Absolutely, we mystify sex way too much in the US. Its just another part of life.

The question is should it be illegal to do it, and the answer is of course not in every case where it's legal for a man to do it. Doesn't matter why they might do it, or how good looking they are (the two last night looked pretty nice from what I saw, but that's not relevant), just whether the state should prevent it, punish it if it happens.

If you want to argue EVERYONE shirtless in public should be arrested, fine, but that's not this reality. When that happens for men, the women can be subject to those same rules.

Any time, anywhere !!!! But there should be an age limit :) or at least we get to vote on a case by case basis.

in the spirit of this thread,

A couple of years ago my wife and I were walking on the beach. There was a heavy surf that day with big waves. As we approached a couple of young children making a sand castle a big wave came in and caught one of the children and started pulling him out to sea. I sprinted down and luckily was able to catch him. When I carried him back up the beach a young topless girl with huge hooters ran up and started hugging and thanking me. The kid was her brother. My wife was a little dumbfounded and said what was that. My answer was that was Karma.

As for my vote, I am for anything that beautifies the environment.

I voted "No." The reason for that should be obvious.

Sure, why not? Any place a man can go shirtless, a woman should be able to as well. As to the comments on women's looks. I am 43, rocking 6 pack abs, pecs and a great body. I don't often pull my shirt off when I run, but sometimes when its absolutely sweltering around here in the middle of the summer, I do. I also see guys with guts and man boobs do the same thing. No one cares. Why should we care when a woman pulls her top off regardless of how she looks?

I can see a guy with man boobs and not go blind. A three hundred pound female displaying droopy, sweaty tatas with areolas the size of Texas definitely should remain illegal.

Finally, a liberal policy I can get behind.

How exactly do you know the bathroom habits of Democrats?

Back on topic, I don't like to see men topless but if they have the right, women should too.

Absolutely NO.

Men are men, and women are women.

It will be that way until the happy day when human beings no longer exist on this earth (a day that will be celebrated by the environment and all non-human animals).

Any woman who bares that part of her anatomy is being deliberately provocative.

Each gender should always dress modestly.

When, oh when, will people learn that the "sexiest" dresser is one who just gives a hint, not the whole enchilada?
