What legal advice would you give Rudy Giuliani?

Put on your lawyer hat and give Rudy Giuliani the best advice you can.

Take the 5th all day every day. You have a right to remain silent. Obviously that would be bad for America overall, but it's the best thing Giuliani could do. Get the **** out of this administration while you still breath free air and take the 5th like it's going out of style.

He needs to take a hint from Obama's people. Just like Lerner, he needs to take the 5th.

First he needs to SHUT UP. No contact with the media whatsoever. The second thing he needs to do is resign so that all he has to worry about is listening to his own attorney. His loyalty to Trump is one reason he got himself in this mess. Rudy needs to be loyal to keeping his prison time down and that means ditching Trump to the curb. .

Speaking as a lawyer? Here is what I would say to him: Get a lawyer and do not say another God. Damned. Thing. At all. Not in public. Not to any investigative agency. If called before Congress, plead the Fifth Amendment and do not say another word. Let your lawyer do all the talking. Answer only written questions through your attorney.
Yeah.

w/e the correct legalese is for stfu

If not for his big, fat, foot-lovin mouth...

Rudy is immanently qualified to judge what is legal. Stay the course.
I think there may be some standing advice about taking yourself on as a client. There're probably some cases where that rule of thumb should be ignored, but...

Mr. Giuliani, change your last name to "Clinton". I guarantee you'll be left alone after that.

LOL. On what planet are you living? The GOP will never leave the Clintons alone. A thousand years from now they'll still be hounding their descendants.

What a bizarre statement.

I agree a person who represents themselves has a fool for a client. However, has Rudy been indicted? Has he been arrested? I'm sure if that is attempted, he will hire an attorney.

Judging what is legal, or not, is well within his talent and experience, so the squawking from the goons on the left is nothing to get excited about.

Go Joe Vallachi on Trump's fat arse.

Shut up and, seek a actual lawyer that actually practices law currently! For Giuliani I would seek legal counsel. And cut ties with Rudy Giuliani

Since I'd just be putting a hat on, I'd tell him to go crazy because you'll just get pardoned. Go Rudy go! Crimes can't touch you man...you're invulnerable! Don't hide it, just do it, WTF are they gonna do?
Pappa Trump drop can drop Pardons like he dropped Kurds.

If he's getting investigated by the NYSD then I don't think he can be pardoned by the president. At least that's how it is for Manafort.

He's getting investigated by Interpol, too. No where to run, no where to hide.

He should just plead guilty and hope for a lighter sentence.
