No she should not be sent back. Just as police officers should not be "fried like bacon" as Obama supporters in the BLM movement chanted.

Crazies on both sides. Partisan politics is for suckers IMO.

I guess the difference is that the guy at the very top of the Republican party and our nation is "crazy" screaming to deport his critics. Obama certainly never said anything like "police officers should be fried like bacon".

You can't argue it's a fringe belief when it was peddled and cultivated by the president himself.
 
From how she is criticizing America she would be happier in her **** hole country of Somalia. Might be doing her a favor. Or a trip back home to her tin shack would make her appreciate America a lot more. Win win...either she gets out and stays out (my preferred option for her) or she comes back with a renewed appreciation for the US of A.

Trump critics can certainly stay, as can critics of the squad.

It's funny how the Left reacts to things like what the president said, which has been said ALL THE TIME by normal, everyday people, and it has nothing to do with race nor is it xenophobic. In China, a communist country (which a socialist nation eventually turns into), they have burned down churches, mosques, bibles, and qurans. They have also arrested Christians and Muslims, and deported them into "reeducation centers" (which are essentially concentration camps). Almost all those that go these places never come out. I'm talking about the past. This is NOW. Why would they do this? Communists despise being opposed nor contradicted with extreme prejudice. They don't like people believing differently from what they do. If critics were deported from China for just having a disagreement with the leaders of the government, they were done a favor. Same goes with other countries like China. Socialist and communist nations build walls not to keep people out, but rather to keep them in. They're totalitarian, prison states, and yet the Left NEVER raise their voices in opposition to those countries, but freak out when our president says "if you don't like our country, leave." Some how that's far more offensive and evil than stopping people from leaving their country by force.

The Left has said and done things that are extreme and, in some cases, violent. Such as:

-Put man made climate change deniers in jail

-Detention centers are concentration camps

-Blowing up the White House

-Wanting dead cops and wanting it now

-Killing babies is (somehow) for women's health

-MAGA is a white supremacy motto

-Giving money to a foreign state that funds and sponsors terrorism

-Referring why it makes a difference if four Americans have been killed in a foreign land

-Arresting a man who made a parody video about Islam and falsly accusing him of stirring up a terrorist attack

-Staged an attack where two people dressed up as Trump supporters (who were not in any way, shape, or form) and beat up a black person in an effort to paint Trump supporters in a bad light

-An Asian homosexual being beat up by a Leftist (domestic terrorist) organization because he was conservative

-Kneeling during the national anthem

-Saying that America was never great

-Wanting those who are jailed to vote

-Rioting and vandalizing other people's businesses during a protest

-Trespassing a TV personality's home property and destroying it, and trying to break in to the home itself to get to that person's spouse

-Running government workers and elected officials out of restaurants and other public places

-Burning American flags

-Taking down American flags and raising a foreign country's

-Clawing at the doors of government buildings to get in after a vote, in order to disrupt the members inside

-Calling people racist or white supremacist for something they don't like (that's not racially charged)

-Calling black conservatives oreos, black on the outside, white inside

-Destroying statues of Civil War soldiers who fought for the South

-Making videos of how to assassinate the president

I think that's only scratching the surface of what the Left does when it comes to people they disagree with. I know I'm missing some, but you get the picture. If the Left took control of this nation and if I got deported for being a critic, it might be a blessing in disguise. But they would make this country more like China and build walls so no one can get out. If anyone disagrees with them, severe consequences would follow.

The difference is that Obama, who was president, didn't say police should be fried. Now, Trump, who is president, is saying critics should go back {to somewhere}.

Crazy statements are expected from a few of the 320 million. We shouldn't expect the president to be making crazy statements.

You have missed the point. Of all of the 250 some odd countries in the world, they came here. Now they want to change this country to more closely mirror the rathole they left. We are naive to believe we can allow such high levels of immigration from countries who’s culture is completely foreign to the USA. Yet encourage them to re locate into language ghettos rather than assimilate.

Ilhan Omar is merely representing the views of her constituents. She is a creation of our own stupid immigration policies that handicap immigrants from assimilating.

Agree the president made an outrageous statement here. He sadly seems to make at least one a week.

So let me get this straight. Trump can publicly absolve the dictator of North Korea, an enemy of the United States, for his ordering of the torture and murder of American citizens, and you see nothing wrong with that. However, Congressman Omar is critical of the Trump administration, and you think she should go back to "her tin shack" in Somalia.

That alone shows you don't love America, you just love your orange hero and you hate brown people like Omar. You aren't fooling anyone.

Seems like at least daily. What's important is how Americans react to this. It used to be that the Office of the President of the United States was a serious, dignified and honorable position that required a devotion to the truth and sanity. It denigrates the office and America's standing in the world to have someone in that office who blurts out whatever comes to his head, most often completely untrue.

During the Cuban missile crisis, JFK invited the Prime Minister of France to look at the U2 aerial photos as proof that the USSR was putting missiles in Cuba. The Prime Minister said, "I don't need to see these photos. The word of the President of the United States is enough for me." Can anyone today have equal faith in the word of this president?

We should not accept this as the new normal.
