This was supposed to be an “Easter egg”, so the person responsible should be charged. The left needs a reminder that the laws apply to them again.

They are hoping some nut job gets all bundled up and takes Trump out, that much is obvious.

We don’t “ban” media things in this country.

Broadcast TV is a natural monopoly, so I honestly don't see why their license shouldn't be pulled, at a minimum. Undoubtedly, there are plenty of companies that could use CBS's radio spectrum space without promoting political violence.
 
The idea of legally banning an entire news organization because of one loose comment by one person is an attack on the First Amendment. :thumbdown

Deal with that person and leave it at that.

You have the right to be concerned. I may not have paid enough attention, but I didn't find anything in these links to encourage violence/assassination against POTUS. However, a clear incitement to violence, although fictional, is clear from the video. I could give a rat's rear against whom, I find violence, even harassment that could potentially lead to violence, despicable.
Many were outraged in the day about this, even though there was no there there. What changed? We are either ok with violence against another, regardless, or we are hypocritical, to say the least.

HAHAHHA!!! Please, the President himself regularly uses twitter to say and do significantly worse than this. Except when he does it he's not making a mistake he's doing it on purpose and he refuses to apologize or take it back.
