I like this forum because it's moderated. I've come from another forum where there's very little moderating. You actually have to call a fellow forum member a child molester to get banned. Seriously, that's what it takes. :roll:

I don't remember what brought me to this site two years ago, but I was reinvited here by a friend earlier this week.

She told me it looked like a good spot and better than the last place we'd been at together, so I thought I'd give it a shot.

Imagine my surprize when I was told, upon trying to register, that I was already a member... now granted, I wasn't much of a member as I had only made four posts. :roll: Now I'm well on my way to be included in the membership list.

I did that myself. When I cam here it was a board i had not been too. It was the 1st one out of 10 that I had not signed up for earlier.

I've never been much into politics because I found all the petty bickering that goes on between the parties nauseating, so over the years I tended to ignore most of the goings-on in that realm. Then I met my SO, who has sparked my interest through his passionate views and vast knowledge. Ever since he joined this site, he's bragged about how much better it is compared to other fora he's participated on and I've found this to be a fact as well. Maybe too it's because I'm getting older :shrug:
