How do I turn on subtitles on YouTube?
Enabling subtitles on YouTube®:

Launch your Internet browser.
Find a video clip you want to watch on YouTube® and click on it.
On the bottom bar, look for the “Closed Captioning” icon “CC” and click on it.
If the video supports subtitles, a pop-up window will appear with options.

Didn't know that was a thing.

Answer is the same though.

It already has.


Although I'm not sure the government is doing it, I'm positive that people have been hired to push a message on social media in the USA, and that it's worked sometimes.
