Yes, she is of age (in this hypothetical). This is a generic question. No opponents are named. This is just a question of would you ever vote her president or not.

If she can make a good cup of coffee, I'll vote for her to keep her barista job.

Not only YES, but H-E Double Hockey Sticks YES!!!

I would love to see the exploded heads and crapped knockers of Right Wing Nuts if on some early November election night AOC would be declared our "president elect".

Have no clue haw she might be at being president, but the scene of Right Wing defeat to that socialist would be true poetry!

If she can mix a good drink, I'll vote for her to keep her barista job.

So you would vote how you personally view women as baby makers and servents. Got it.

Assuming she keeps her current political positions, no.

Anyone who plans to vote for AOC better be unemployed or you are going to find out her proposals will put all of us in the poor house. Of course I'm sure she will eventually get the chance to write a book for a few million and I bet she will jump at the money. She doesn't understand or doesn't care that a green deal such as she proposes would put million of people out of work because of the loss of the fuel industry and the fact that the alternatives will never employ as many people. Also alternative fuels are much more expensive and the poor will have to pay higher cost, she doesn't know or doesn't care.

I think once she's built some experience and knows the ins and outs of policy (as well as the limitations and possibilities of many of her current proposals) she'll be fairly in line with Sanders' style of thinking. What we don't know yet is her style of leadership, her ability to compromise, how she'd handle foreign relations and many other things. Give her 2-3 terms, some legislation under her belt and time spent on the right committees and we'll have a better picture of her suitability.

Other - I like the cut of her jib but I need to see years of effective service as a politician. Her messaging and rallying support is great but that is only one dimension of what we need from a president. Trump has shown us what happens when that is all they can do.

Let's talk again after she gets a few years under her belt. I like her a lot but she is a bit too inexperienced to be POTUS right now.

only if right wingers consistently start 40 AOC threads a day until she turns 35.

Thank you for the comment conservative one. It typifies how the right really thinks of these folks, no better than a coffee server. The forty seven percent Mitt spoke of. This is why the GOP is predominately white and with that kind of thinking will never attract a significant number of blacks or hispanics, nor will the GOP attract many of the younger folks living through the school shootings.

The right as usual is on the wrong side of social change.

I voted other before reading the rules, oops. Yes, I would vote for her gladly. I'm a progressive, I want progress not regress.

Yeah, I could see me potentially voting for her absent any information about who she is running against.

Do I agree with everything she is proposing? No. I think she asking for too much, but I actually like that coming from a Democrat. Usually the Dems just fight for a slice of the loaf and end up getting crumbs. She is going after the whole damn loaf, which gives her a better chance of at least getting several slices. Really, it is kind of a page out of Trump's book. Ask for way more than you are likely to get.

I admit her age and high pitched voice grates on me but that isn't fair of me. When I actually listen to what she says I am impressed by her passion, composure, and intelligence. Now she needs some wisdom, but that will come with the political battles she is seeking. We'll see how tough she is after the corporate Dems like Pelosi smack her around for awhile. Will she have staying power, like Bernie, or will she end up assimilating like most end up doing. At least for now she doesn't look like she is caving.

No, she is naive, inexperienced, and unprepared. It's enough that our current president is one of the most unprepared persons to ever hold the highest office. In 2020, I want to see someone really solid.

Yep, look at what was recently happening in Paris.

Are we asking in the future or if we would vote for her today?

As usual, you guys reside in fantasy land. Everything you want is all fantasy.

Kind of a dumb question/poll, no?

We have no clue what she will be like in 14 years.

She sure speaks well, is bright enough and has a good look. So the future is bright for her.

I will help you vote her in for a run against Trump. Say the word. That would be hilarious to see her get all crazy in front of the nation during the debates.

It worked for Trump.

How the heck can any responsible and/or sagacious person today, and with any measure of reliability, answer the poll question by ticking either option besides "other?" The woman is minimally some six years away from even being eligible to assume the presidency.

She’s a rookie right now but I would not rule that out for the future.
