You are right I am proud of my race, my heritage, my family, my work, and many other things. It is really sad that you think having pride in something makes you a racist. You sound like a very troubled person. maybe you should do some reading or get some help.

Most people want their grandchildren to resemble their grandparents & some posting in this thread would consider that
racist & they should not. If they feel that way it goes that they feel most people are therefore racists & that's impossible.
All races white, brown, black or yellow have personalities they can look up to to be proud of & therefore be proud of there
heritage.

Always it's Sameness that dominates! People favor friendships with those of similar backgrounds, interests & values.
Despite some exceptions the urge is almost universal, it's human nature!'

They are all racist in my opinion because they focus on skin color instead of culture or ethnicity or accomplishments or attributes. But is it a problem or evil or otherwise a serious negative? Not unless race is used as an excuse, reason for granting privilege or advantage to somebody or as justification for putting down, accusing, restricting, rejecting somebody.

The term "hate speech" has been commandeered by the left to mean any criticism, complaint, or unkind word directed towards any of their self-created victim groups. As a descriptive term to describe REAL HATE it's totally lost it's meaning. The left has weaponized the term to the point it's used to silence any objection or contradiction to LW ideology.i

Don't dare imply that even a single individual illegally crossing the border is anything other than a poor, honest saint seeking only to escape crushing poverty and/or persecution to make a better life for him and his family - that's hate speech.

None are racist. Having pride you're from a country or a specific race isn't wrong. If you take a step in the wrong way, becoming racist like the KKK, then you enter that racist section

The question was is it racist to believe in things like white pride. I said it is. I expanded on it and addressed the stigmatism attached to the word. When racism is used to justify oppression it's bad, but when it's a celebration of success or something that makes you unique. I thinks its healthy.

I think people should be proud of their race.

Blacks, whites, and everyone else. Read up on the slave trade, it wasn't just whites turning a profit. Not to mention whites have been slaves - whites have had rights taken away.

Every race on Earth has taken things. Every piece of inhabited land has been conquered. Every race has been oppressed. Been slaves. Been abused. Been **** on. If you break it all the way rights are given. Land is owned by the people who took it. There is not a piece of land that has ever been owned by anyone that wasn't taken. There is not a single right that hasn't been granted by those in power. Everything thing is given or taken.

Your question starts out with the assumption that 'whites' did something to end slavery. Not some whites, just whites. I point out that 'whites' also took away rights from blacks without having the right to do so. You complain that I'm broad brushing all whites. Which is it? You want to make the general argument that 'whites' fought to end Jim Crow but then when it is pointed out that 'whites' also began slavery in the US, defended it and promoted for centuries you want to get specific and claim it wasn't all of them.

You need to go back to gaslighting school.

Whites did end slavery. Whites did end Jim Crow. You can point to all the bad things whites have done throughout history if you'd like - but is there a race that hasn't?
