On a serious note, why does the media continue to indulge Trump in fact checking? Really, what's the point? Fact checking is meant for people that would normally have credibility, who we suspect might not be telling the whole truth.

Trump has no credibility. He's a liar and 56% of the country knows it. We've seen him lie about everything from phone calls to military widows who are no longer alive, to donations to charities he has never given a cent to in his entire life.

When you indulge a pathological liar, you sometimes validate them.

The media has done nothing but validate him. Hell, they helped get the bastard elected.

And this is why the media fails but Mueller succeeds.

Mueller ignores Trump's bullying, threats, tantrums, lies and stunts, and it's like kryptonite to Trump's ego. He never looks like more of a mouse than when Mueller issues an indictment.
 
What if I don't trust either of them? Some of you folks need to learn about Venn diagrams before you design these polls.

It's a stupid question. You're already implying that Mueller will say one thing and Trump will say another. How do you know what Mueller is going to say? Maybe the end result will be Trump and Mueller saying the same thing, no collusion and no obstruction of justice.
