USA arms Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Sweden, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Egypt, Korea, and many others on or near Russian borders. It was USA arms in Turkey that caused Russia to put missiles in Cuba just prior to the Cuban Missile Crisis. Perhaps for sure the Arms Race is caused by the USA and is trying to bait the Russians into busting their budget to keep up. Putin is no dummy. He plays chess and Trump plays whack-a-mole and hits those moles with million dollar T-bonds. Someone might go bankrupt and Trump has the track record of 3,000 bankruptcies to brag about. In his World of alternative facts, he is probably proud of the bankruptcies and feels he profitted substantially from them. I'm certain he did by deadbeating his contractors/laborers/blue collar flunkies that couldn't afford lawyers. Trump would think that clever.

Cuba still has those 8 missiles in their silos. I’m sure by now the warheads have been removed, but now they need to cart them off country.
