can those on the right please explain to me why they are so adamant that there is no global warming?

Sorry, rickc, I am not speaking for the right, but my humble opinion is that nothing we do, or don't, will change the amount of energy the sun provides. It seems somewhat contrived, and maybe vain, to act as though the human existence here(it seems a lot, but isn't really) can change the unimaginable influence on our planet from our closest star, and the Universe.
Let's' look at the other way. If Solar energy was somehow decreased(and it has happened) Would we be able to burn enough fossil fuel to reverse it?

I believe in global warming, climate change and/or AGW. I attribute it mainly to world popualtion growth.

We’ve seen this before.

Most on the right believe there is global warming. They just think its a natural cycle not man-made factors. I think the burden of proof is on you to show humans are the cause.

I think we do have an impact on climate but I don't know how much of an overall impact. If more people would simply just think and act with the environment in mind every day then that would probably be a huge help and make an impact.

well if you take all politics out of it and just look at what we have done to America and the rest of the world in the last 100 to 150 years to believe that doesn't have consequences is illogical.

we are like rats fouling our nest.

Perhaps it would. I must say, I don't think that changing our lives even drastically, will have a measurable impact, too very much. and don't think any climate concerned dinosaurs had much impact either, though they emitted methane for millions of years. It is human folly, in my opinion, to imagine our impact by using our progressive conveniences, are going to change anything, more than T rex did.
I don't deny the climate is changing, at least it seems so, I just don't accept our little orb is affected by us. Universal changes, certainly yes. Expect that forever.

Maybe rickc. Climate change? Yes. It always has and always will. If you are speaking of logic, where are the valid premise's and conclusion? Unfortunately, many see the current trend and falsely extrapolate backwards
