Ummmmm . . . no.

The only way to remove a Justice is by impeachment and conviction, not some random vote.

The 2/3 vote for conviction on impeachment is mandated by the Constitution, not a Senate rule. THAT doesn't change without a constitutional amendment.

Used to be. But Trump and his people need to be stopped. I went from right leaning to full on leftie. I'll get back to normal politics in 2024 possibly but until then I am helping with the dems campaigns (which is not something I have experienced and it is interesting), donating money (which I've never done), and blindly voting "D" on everything.

Absolutely, yes! The political damage they would do to themselves would be significant. There should be wall-to-wall impeaching Trump, Pence and Kavanaugh. If Pelosi succeeds, she will become President. I hope her blind ambition leads her right off a cliff.

What if the Dems find dirt on one of the conservative Supreme Court justices and have the Supreme Court approve amending the Constitution by Executive Order? I wonder if Kreton would support that.

sucks to be on the losing side-you all didn't have any valid arguments against him Before the hearing yet I bet every single person who said they oppose him after he ripped the dem scum were against him before they ever heard him in the FIRST hearing.

so what the dems did-was slander the man, threaten his family and then pretended how shocked they were when he told them their actions were disgusting.

But your statement appeared to be saying that it was ALL slander, not a specific person's claims and allegations.

Which is what I'm not convinced of.
