Yea, I can see that comes across. But he has a pretty good record as a judge, so I have to believe that he can separate his feelings when presiding over cases.

The ABA is been squandering their previous reputation for rising above partisanship for many years, you can no longer claim that they are non-partisan because not enough people agree with you.

2.) there is no "argument", i simply pointed out what you originally said was in fact not objective and highlighted your mistake of saying it how you did. You clarified and explained what you really meant to say and how you feel but for some reason got all defensive and denied your mistake.

Saying something that has no evidence of occurring likely didn't occur is a negative claim. The burden of proof is in you.
