Every Senator should get a sexual background check to the age of 16

Sexual background check for Senators?

Every Senator or Senate candidate (federal or state) who sits in a judicial confirmation should get an exam of their sexual life back to the age of 16. Cory Booker is a good example of the hypocrisy we're looking for. Once determined they should be banned from confirmation hearings.

A good idea, but this wouldn't allow for changes in memes, hashtags and movements down the road. Like the Constitution allows for change, so too should the confirmation process. A few years ago "hash tag black lives matter" was all the rage, and today it's "hash tag me too", which is making everyone talk about sex assault rather than racism. That's all well and good, but we need to allow for what the next "hash tag" meme will be.

Confirmations should be based on whatever "hash tag" the media tells us is most important at the time.

Why not include Congresspeople, judges... hell, any executive in the NSA, CIA, FBI, etc. too...?

Absolutely, but remember if you're a white male, not only are you a sexual harasser but you're also racist. So you're still doing everything wrong.

They don't confirm govt officials.

The question was to investigate them... I think anybody working for the government should be investigated.
