If you lefties want Trump gone so bad then bring it on now. After all, you said that there was plenty of evidence of not only Russian collusion but obstruction of justice before the Mueller investigation even began and yet here we are, well over a year later and Mueller apparently still can't even prove what you guys said you already had the evidence for way back then.

Considering how the DOJ, FBI and CIA have worked against Trump, if they had something major on him it would have been leaked already. The fact that nothing has come out is telling; they must not have any smoking gun.

We can pretty much guarantee that Trump will not be charged with either willfully colluding with the Russians to influence the election or obstruction of justice. However, if they keep on investigating they are bound to find something as if any one of us were investigated nonstop we would be found guilty of something - if nothing else for jaywalking or speeding. Trump was an international businessman and was working on a project to bring the Miss Universe pageant to Moscow so it's possible that he did not cross some t's or dot some i's somewhere along the line. Now NeverTrump wants Trump impeached for spelling errors. It just shows how utterly desperate they are.

Mueller is not a leaker

even those who have been found guilty and are cooperating with the investigation are not talking.

it will be interesting to see Mueller's report if it is ever made public

after reading Woodward's book Fear the and the dysfunctional nature of trump's whitehouse i bet there is more to come.

The (-) minus sign indicates favorite. Thus the (+) plus sign indicates underdog. Minus 500 means risk $500 to win $100. Plus 500 means risk $100 to win $500.
 
Based on available information, he will make it to the end of his term. There would have to be a completely new development to change my mind.

Maybe he will be impeached if the Dems capture the House, but he won't be convicted by the Senate and removed from office, because this takes a 2/3 majority and the Dems won't achieve it even if they capture the Senate (which is an uphill battle). The cowardly GOP Senators will NEVER openly vote to remove Trump because they are too afraid they'd lose their primaries when their time to run for re-election comes. So that's that. Trump will finish his first term, no doubt. Any thought to the contrary is just wishful thinking.

In my opinion, even if Mueller manages to finish his investigation (permanently threatened, and likely to get harder to finish after Trump fires Sessions and Rosenstein after the mid-terms), and even if he produces unquestionable, verifiable proof of high crimes and misdemeanors, with all the smoking guns, still, the Senate will NEVER remove Trump. No chance. They'll come up with some sort of face-saving strategy to question Mueller's findings, whatever they are.

I would love to see Trump removed (although I suspect that Mike Pence might be even worse) but I don't engage in hopeless wishful thinking.

The only way to remove Trump from office is to vote him out in 2020, and even this, is a long shot, given that the economy has been performing well. It's the economy, stupid.

He may be but he won't be convicted, same - o with Kavenaugh when he is confirmed.

History tells us it won't go well for the democrats.

What could happen is he declines to run for a second term. The dem's candidates are weak and dox'ing back to day care is a legitimate tactic now. They Republicans can put up a stronger candidate and have a republican administration for 12 years straight. By then, the democrats will have eaten themselves into oblivion.

All the democrats have to run on is chaos up front and personal like the Obama administration did, and directed in the face of every law abiding citizen.

he has always been frustrated with the republicans in congress. with the democrats to deal with nothing he wants will get done. will he just say to hell with it and pack up and move back to palm beach.

The beginning of the second term is the most dangerous for a President. Trump has sufficiently run out the clock to avoid impeachment during a first term. The second, I'm not so sure about.

It's not about what actually happens; it's bout how it can be made to appear in court. How can we spin this? How can we make it look? Every year I file a tax return. And every year I have a pile of deductions, some I'm sure of and some that are gray area. So I call the IRS. Six different IRS employees might give me six different answers; so I go with the answer I like best. The fact is even the IRS doesn't fully understand tax law. And I document as best I can who, when, what was talked about, so if I do end up in court I will have a fighting chance.

The system is sooooo complicated today that everyone breaks laws, everyday. Many laws you don't even know exist. Many that are open to law enforcement interpretation. Sometimes innocent people have their property seized without being charged with any crime.

Everyone in Washington talks. If there was something big on Trump it wouldn't stay secret for 10 seconds. And Woodwward's book is a hit piece; pure spin. Trump has some pretty solid people surrounding him.

Everyone who wasn't a Trump-tard thought Trump winning the general election was a pipe dream of his minions. Before the mods censored me I used to post a youtube clip of the curb stomping scene from American History X and said this is how bad Trump is going to lose to Clinton in November.

The difference is now everyone knows who and what trump is, it would be doubtful him would get an opponent as disliked so much as Hillary, it is highly likely far more voters will do their duty and vote, and there are several reasons that trump might not even be in the ticket. We shall see.

They knew who Trump was before. They just didn't care.I don't think democrats would be stupid enough to run someone like Hillary or some bat **** crazy leftist. But then again who knows.
 
I do not know nor do I care, all I care about his the GOP loosing at least the house and hopefully the Senate too, then hopefully he will be ousted in the next presidential election.

I do not want him ousted before then because that would mean his VP would become president and I doubt most people would be waiting for that.

Sounds like the older variation of the current MeToo movement where now you can destroy someone without them being charged with any crime. It's pure vigilantism with the vigilante judging someone guilty without any evidence or a trial and dishing out their own punishment, whether guilty or innocent. The vigilante is judge, jury, and executioner.
 
i think he will quit when Mueller gets through with him and he has a democrat congress to deal with.
