Good question I have to believe this victim and no I’m not against the Clinton! I believe her because she wouldn’t lied about being raped
 
If one were to reply based the current MeToo environment and how the Democrats are lauding Dr. Ford's accusation, then Yes - Bill Clinton is guilty of raping Juanita Broadderick. Although I do not remember this case, comparing Juanita's accusations to Dr. Ford's and presuming an accusation is equivalent to guilty without presenting any tangible evidence, then Clinton IS guilty.

Personally, I believe Bill Clinton was the biggest sexual predator this Nation has ever seen, but my opinion is based on media presentations - I never met or personally knew Mr./President Clinton.
 
There is more proof about this situation than most sexual assault claims than most recent politicians... It is confirmed that they were alone in that room for a period of time.... what happened in there, only Bill and Juanita know...

Mrs. Hillary Clinton (according to the Drudge Report) says we should give the benefit of the doubt to Judge Kavanaugh's accuser.

Presumably, Mrs. Clinton now gives the benefit of the doubt to her husband's accuser, too.

The difference being I did judge President Clinton on his actions he was publicly accused of. I chose not to further support him while in office and chose not to support the Democrats for office for some time after that.

Bill Clinton is not in office nor is he running for office...he's done his time.

The jury is still out in the Kavanaugh incident.
 
Possibly. I'll tell you what, I won't support his nomination to the Supreme Court without an investigation.

Maybe; maybe not. To be sure, his basic denial is just as flimsy as is Kavanaugh's. That said, the FBI/DoJ did indeed investigate the matter. It didn't find anything, but at least they looked to see if there was something to be found.

For my own part, however, I don't, as I and similarly situation D.C. "prepsters" (for lack of a better term) do with the "Brett & Chrissy" matter, have the nature and extent of awareness about the culture and circumstances in which Bill and Juanita lived in 1978. Too, Bill was at the age when once-rowdy preps, at least those who learned from the mistakes of their wanton and debauched young adulthood, have disabused themselves of their licentiousness. The thing is that it's probably fair to say that roughly as many do as don't make that transition. Trump clearly didn't. As for Bill, well, I don't know enough about his childhood to say whether to what extent it resembled that of Brett and other "old money" (as another DP member put it) types.

Lacking information and experiences no more revealing that what one can read in the papers, the most I can say in answer to the title/poll question, one that solicits a existential response rather than a normative/qualitative one[SUP]1[/SUP], is, "I don't know."

Fair. Taking into account previous history of accusations lend greater credence to the accusations, but doesn't automatically make Clinton guilty.

Interesting to note that the same people who destroyed Clinton accusers are now destroying Kavanaugh on a far less substantiated accusation.

Why do Dems destroy people with whom they political don't agree with?

Does anyone here doubt that Trump did the same to his first wife?

Why are we talking about it now? Obviously, the point is we should all give Kavanaugh our unquestioned support.

sorry but the concept of innocent until proven guilty is one I support. I also get tired of pretending only one sex is guilty and the other blameless
