I'd like to get a sense of how common it is for men(or women) to be wrongfully accused of committing sexual assault, compared to how many men (or women) experience sexual assault.
How many of you have known at least one person who has been a victim of sexual assault..
or, how many of you have known someone to have been wrongfully accused of sexual assault,
or both.
Personally, I've known many women who have been raped. As I've aged it's become apparent to me that it is far more common than I thought when I was younger.
But, I've never met a guy(or girl) who was either wrongfully put in jail for sexual assault or, even name dragged through the mud from false accusations.
