OK, you are taking a snapshot immediately after the election and ignoring that I stressed it has nothing to do with later events, just for the record, most who have lost congratulate their opponent in their concession speeches that night also. I have seen this deflecting tactic before and not I'm interested in playing.

Yes, most people congratulate their opponents on the night of the election (or after all the votes have been tallied) because accusing them of winning illegitimately is quite rare.
 
Trump was already crying foul before the last election. No reason to think the next election would be any different if he was on the ballot. But the won't be. I don't think he makes it until the end of this term - but if he does Republicans will convince him to walk away on his own.
