I'll add a second set Should he be?
I'll add a second set Should he be?
He has already been appointed. Im sure you meant confirmed.eace
Perhaps a poll on providing all the documents to the Senate instead of this side show.
The Democrats are acting like bunch of school children, so I doubt that he will go the job
why do clowns who already stated they are going to vote against him, pretend they need more documents?
Why do the Clowns rush a confirmation hearing? You know full well the documents should be provided. He will sit for the next 30 years or longer.
Should all documents be provided, including time to review?
that's not the issue. the man has been a judge for years. lets stop pretending the dems are doing anything other than trying to stall this until they get a majority in the senate.
if he was qualified for the DC Circuit, he's qualified for the USSC
So fear of losing the Senate should be the measure used to derail and rush a confirmation to SCOTUS?
my guess is that the Trumpists will rush the nomination through because they're afraid that they're going to lose seats in the midterms. i don't see a way for Democrats to block the nomination.
the only derailing is coming from the dems. Is trying to stall hoping you get control of the senate less objectionable?
You stated the Senate could change hands as a reason to short circuit the process- now why are the documents not provided, as they have in all past confirmations?
what documents vs the ones provided, not provided for Kagan?

You mean Merrick Garland?
