Even if they're born to, gasp, Russians?

Anyone with an American birth certificate should be able to become a citizen, but if they don't have caregivers who are citizens then they'll have to re-enter the country before the onset of adulthood.

I was born as a American citizen in the state of Michigan. I meet my wife in our college years, I a out-of-state student and my wife being a foreign student from Canada. We had our three daughters born in Canada, as her health care came from a universal health care. Second, we believed at the time, it would be best to have them born in Canada. Our daughters have citizenship in America and Canada: because we want them to have the best from both countries. We plan when my wife turns 62, we will retire in Canada and have our graves in Canada too.

I believe if you want to come to America to get citizenship for your children. I believe they should go to Canada to get citizenship then America. If your a Canadian citizen, you could spend years in America as a college educated workforce. Plus, retired Canadians has this drive to retire in Florida for some reason.

You might have a point but how many atheist scream "separation of church and state" over our In God we Trust motto on our money, One nation under God in our pledge of allegiance , or some town wanting to put up a ten commandments monument or a cross on a war memorial?

I've pointed out to atheists and theists alike that mottoes like "In God We trust" are innocuous traditional sentiments with no more religious reverence than saying "god bless you" when someone sneezes. I know - I say it all the time.

My saying God Bless you has nothing more to do with religion than does my putting Christmas lights up does.

We don't have rule of law in this country. Let's stop pretending that we do. If we had rule of law, Eric Clanton wouldn't be free today. Lois Lerner would be in prison.

If there is no law and no more Constitution, then

Obviously, but these traitors won't let what's obvious get in the way of what they want.

There are no more traitors, and furthermore, it is no longer an issue if people break the law (which no longer exists) to come here and have anchor babies, and this entire debate (based as it is, on something the President cannot do, because it involves him working a process that does not exist, on a system that does not exist) is as moot as a debate on whether or not he should use blood magic to tame unicorns.

Because felons get denied all kinds of rights, like the right to vote. So if we can do that, why is it obvious that the children of illegal aliens get citizenship based on the 14th amendment? They're the citizens of foreign nations.

The children committed no crime.

You’re trying to find loopholes in constitutional rights and what you came up with is “being born is a felony.” You should really do some self-reflection.
