Again, something being Dogma is not in an of itself a reason to think it's wrong. You are unwilling to engage because you can't refute what is said, and you're trying to make it seem like you're above it all.

If the argument is so canned, then it should be easy for you to refute, the fact that you can't shows you're the one who has no idea what you're talking about.
Obstruction of Justice also applies to overt coercion of court or government officials via the means of threats or actual physical harm and also applying to deliberate sedition against a court official to undermine the appearance of legitimate authority.

Dude just stop already with the derailing BS and judgement crap. If you dont like what I have to say block me or just dont talk to me. There is no rational reason that I need to explain myself to someone named Mrwonka. I never found that candy wrapper.

Now if you would like to discuss the topic of the thread we could do that. But high horse crap needs to end.

Gun control is not something I agree with at all, so not sure how I could soften my stance on it.
I'm for truth, no matter who tells it. I'm for justice, no matter who it is for or against. I'm a human being, first and foremost, and as such I'm for whoever and whatever benefits humanity as a whole.

so solve the gang and mentally ill issue and problem solved.

    deaths by drowning about 3500

    by bicycle about 1000

    by auto 37,500

First and foremost the use of a firearm is still the use of a firearm. We don't say "oh well 2/3 of car accidents killed the driver...that is alright that was self induced lets not worry about legislating on motor vehicles" The fact is the problem relating to firearms is still existent no matter how, where, what or when it was used.

Secondly. Yes, still 11,000 too many

Thirdly. Yes, still 2,000 too many. The acceptable number of firearm deaths is 0...may not be achievable but believe me that kind of attitude is far better than....

"But 2/3 of the gun deaths were suicide that only leaves 11,000" This is not a numbers game, its a human life problem.

Here is the problem. The Government, Law Makers have been trying to solve that for over two decades and it has proven time and time again it isn't working. That is blaming and legislating on mental health, lack of education, poor law enforcement or terrorism has not worked. Where is the line drawn because the sacrifice at the moment for poor policy making and poor foresight is 666,000 people.

Swimming in a pool and having a firearm are two separate points just as is riding a bike.
