Who is talking about crossing a border without proper documentation?!?

The subject is crossing the border illegally. In other words, not even going to a border checkpoint.

No. First of all, as has been clearly explained to you, the vast majority of the problem has been with undocumented workers being stuck inside the US.

Secondly, you and several others do not understand the simple concept that no violation of the law, civil or criminal, justifies torture. You support torture.

Sort of like every prisoner claims he/she is innocent ... ;)

So they are at the border claiming asylum with the hope that every judge will mimic Robert Dekelaita, my guess is that
a great many of these asylum judges consider themselves advocates of that criminal! Dekelaita is just the tip of the iceberg!

A federal judge sentenced an Illinois immigration lawyer who cheated the immigration system to make sure his clients
were granted asylum in the U.S. to 15 months in prison Wednesday.

Prosecutors say Robert Dekelaita, who called himself “Robin Hood” for refugees, would forge the names of his clients seeking
asylum on application papers and fabricate their life stories with horrific anecdotes of kidnappings, bombings, and religious
persecution that were all false, drawing inspiration from news stories he collected, CBS Chicago reported.

His former clients now face deportation because of the fraud or their lives were ruined because they were forced
to live out the lies he created for them, prosecutors say.

Prosecutors also charged two translators who worked for Dekelaita, Adam Benjamin and Yousif Yousif, for intentionally
mistranslating answers given by clients and adding testimony they had not given to make sure they were granted asylum.

It boggles the mind to hear this repeat felon only received 15 month sentence; it should have been 15 years. he reminds
me of that Khan immigration lawyer who dissed Trump on behalf of Clinton during the Democratic convention, he has to
be looked at also for these kind of treasonous efforts also.

Like I said above... yours is willful misrepresentation of the truth.

It's all you have.

So you deny that you defend torture.

Once you cross the line of accepting torture and other state-sponsored methods of cruelty, the rest are mere details.

And that's were we got child trafficking across the border from, MS-13 members dragging children with them in order to enter the US of A easily.
Those loopholes have been closed.

Families are not separated at border points where foreigners can request asylum.
"Families" are separated when illegally entering this country and caught by border guards. Why would you want to enter this country illegally as a "family"?!?

You can justify Zero Tolerance anyway you like, spread false characterizations about undocs and guzzle the Trump kool-aid all you want,
but a mammoth PR flap is unfolding for repubs on this issue.

Cya in November.

So your advocating to return to the catch and release policy where 80% of them disappear inside the US borders?

You have a bad habit of putting words into people's mouths.

You can justify zero tolerance any way you want, but it is a huge PR flap for repubs.

I'll take the whining about the displaced children from the liberal left and others on this subject a little more serious when they stop supporting the mass infanticide of the innocent unborn.

I'll consider taking the Right seriously when they stop lying about everything.

Like that's going to happen...

You won't see us in November, because you'll be buried so deep in ***.

One of the key traits of a conservative is their inability to empathize with anyone outside of their tribe. Combine that with a sociopath's personality traits, a conservative is one who might have thrown frogs into fires as a kid or tossed kittens into lakes inside bags. Cruelty, thy name is conservative.

Know who you'll see in November? Thousands of Democrats who didn't vote in '16 because they didn't like Clinton and thousands more who didn't vote because they thought it was a shoe-in. Know who you won't see? Thousands of Protestants who can't stand pot or porn or anyone involved in it.

Another PR flap in your mind and a minoroty of like minded utopian thinking souls only. Daid Hogg one week, Stormy's lawyer the next week,
now suppossed unfair treatement of illegals & their children this week, what PR flap is ahead next week all the world wonders.

Dream on, man, dream on.

Know who you'll see in 2020? All those high-school kids who have been told by the right to sit down and shut up, that their opinion is worthless and they're just annoying. Them and thousands of others who've just been watching and listening, they'll all be voting in 2020. They'll make a point of it.

So, the next time you roll a joint, sell it to a friend for 5 bucks, we'll incarcerate you.

Deal?
Sure. Please do as I would deserve it. Unfortunately for your hopes and wishes, that is not going to happen, as I do not do drugs.

So you are against taxes?

If that is true, then you better move away and have at it elsewhere.
Your reply is nonsense.
Yes I am against taxes that rob Peter to give to Paul.
And as our Nation was never meant to do that, the choice is to stay and work to bring the implementation of taxes back to the way that was intended.
It is actually people who want to used taxes in ways that were not intended that should leave and establish their own society.

If only this were true. However this only applies if the person is either poor or a minority. If they don't meet either of those things then we should be turning a blind eye.
iLOL Hilariously wrong.

Fine, just place signs (much like speed limits?) at random points along the border stating that illegal entry might get you a ticket.

It is interesting how the right wants as few barriers as possible when it comes to most resources crossing the border... but if those resources are brown people then the situation completely changes.

The US laws. By entering the US illegally, they became criminals.

Yes, and then Sessions quoted the Bible to follow "the law". The same quote (TimesRomans:13) was invoked to defend slavery in the 1840s. ( It was also used to argue against the American Revolution)

Wonderful.

I think what you are missing is that the DOJ does not enforce all laws. If that were true, Donald Trump would not be sued for illegal acts regarding his "persistent illegal acts" of the Trump Foundation as is currently the case, he would be indicted.

Given this fact, in the past, undocs were not treated as criminals because it was the humane thing to do.

But, of course, AG and President are free to be inhumane and cruel, if they want to, and they have done just that.

This incredibly stupid decision to do this is becoming a huge PR Flap for republicans and the administration.

Leftwinger excuse for breaking the law.

Even when serial killers are caught the State has responsibilities for their care. Understanding that reality has nothing to do with being okay with murder.

Sure. Please do as I would deserve it. Unfortunately for your hopes and wishes, that is not going to happen, as I do not do drugs.
that you do not do drugs is not the point, it's a metaphor. No one is incarcerated for one joint of marijuana, these days. But, your answer is consistent with your view on this issue. OK, we know who you are.
Your reply is nonsense.
Yes I am against taxes that rob Peter to give to Paul.
And you are the arbiter of which taxes are "peter robbing paul". Wonderful.
And as our Nation was never meant to do that, the choice is to stay and work to bring the implementation of taxes back to the way that was intended.

It is actually people who want to used taxes in ways that were not intended that should leave and establish their own society.

The way taxes are intended must ultimately rest on the shoulders of voters who elect lawmakers.

Your opinion is just another opinion by a voter. I disagree with you on which taxes are just and unjust, but whatever the taxes are being used for, whether we like them or not, we must pay them as required by law.

It is even more interesting why eVerify is no longer seen as important.

It is even more interesting why eVerify is no longer seen as important.

From a pragmatic point of view, I'd much rather just see everify being enforced. It would be far more humane than what we are currently doing.

But, your answer is consistent with your view on this issue.
Of course it is.

And you are the arbiter of which taxes are "peter robbing paul"?
You have the argument messed up.
It wasn't "peter robbing paul" It would be the Government taking from Peter to give to Paul. That is robbing.

The way taxes are intended must ultimately rest on the shoulders of voters who elect lawmakers.
No. It is not an absolute "must". Especially when they go against the way it was intended to be for this Nation.

Your opinion is just another opinion by a voter.
iLOL My opinion is based on reality and what taxation is intended for, to run the Goverment.
Not selfishly wanting the Government to provide for me.

This is now a mammoth PR Flap for republicans.

Cya in November.

By the way, we need more than that, farmers are having trouble getting their produce to market.

To keep crops from rotting in the field, farmers say they need Trump to let in more temporary workers - Los Angeles Times

The US has a legal migrant farm worker program that allows people in LEGALLY. The answer is NOT to allow more ILLEGAL people in.

I agree it is a PR flap. Funny how the news years ago had no issue saying some were illegal aliens. Now its migrants or undocumented migrants. No hint of the many who enter illegally. I also see through the dems position.
