There is sizable disconnect in reality when looking at the poll results. Either next to zero trump supporters answered the poll or 100% of trump supporters that answered the second option are liars or hypocrites.

I did not answer the poll because it did not give specific alternative choices. I do not answer polls that appear to intend a specific result.

Or the poll is rigged for a specific outcome and was thus ignored by those who can actually think for themselves.

Or trump supporters are afraid of looking like gigantic hypocrites. They know that no reasonable human being believes that apologizing is a sign of weakness, but if they were to acknowledge that then they'd have to also acknowledge that they've artificially applied the opposite standard to trump.

You see examples of this everywhere. They're perfectly accepting of trump's lies and even trust him. So when I asked some trump supporters if they would take their car to a mechanic who lied as many times as trump does, of course I got zero responses.

And what damage would that be?And Obama's apologies went much further back then Bush/Cheney. He practically apologized for the fact that America ever existed. And it was mostly our enemies that he apologized to.

Another example of a poll searching for only preprogramed response that you desire. Typical of polls on this site, promoting only the responses desired by the one posting the poll.

There is no ethical or rational human being that will have a problem with answering "no" to the question, "Is apologizing a sign of weakness?" Only a deeply, morally conflicted person would find that question to be stressful and unfair.
