Who cares? Compared to nazis, kkk, aryans and other assorted racist groups, Antifa is nothing. Antifa could punch a nazi in the face every day and it wouldn't make any difference. They are for anarchy. They are anti-prison and anti-police. They also claim that they are both not for violence and not against violence. They leave that up to local affiliates to determine which course they want to take, which means they don't take a firm stand against violence.

Any attempt to bring people together should be applauded. However, I'd rather see an American summit, where people come together to discuss what we have in common instead of what we are told sets us apart.

Understanding race issues brings us together. Resisting understanding is somehow noble?

One can't just 'all lives matter' race issues every time. Issues exist; ignoring issues never has nor will make them go away. "I'd rather pretend we live in utopia" is not an option. Let's put the issues on the table.

While my gut says no, I voted yes. It can't hurt and if all parties have their heads and hearts in the right place it could help. Do I like Kaperjack, nope, not in the least, but you have to start somewhere.

"Antifa thugs" is meaningless BS, at least in the US. It's a self designation of students, activists and a few criminals. There's no official organization, structure, agenda or else. Once in a while, some dude that says he's Antifa punches someone.

Neo nazis and the sorts have long plagued the US and the world. They've done fathomless damage to civilization since the dawn of time. Even today, they account for murders and countless other crimes. They serve as a cult backbone for prison gangs, street gangs, biker gangs and nutbag militias to name a few.

Comparing the damage done and current threat to society, Antifa is a joke. It's a boogeyman. It's a distraction. It's "look over there".
