Bill Cosby has been found guilty and is facing a possible 30 yrs. in prison...basically he will die in a prison cell. Do you think he will run?

He'll be running into things.... he's nearly blind, they say.

But the Jews are still jailing Nazi's.

BTW, what happend to the statute of limitations in Cosby's case? I gathered they were pretty old offenses.

Yup, probably for the Republicans. They love their ***** grabbers.

Cosby ran track & field and played football @ Temple 60 years ago. The running days are behind him.....

No other countries such as Germany are jailing Nazi's
So pls explain you comment on Jews jailing Nazi's

They usually try to run and hide. I just hope Billy boy will serve time but as we know he may not see inside of a jail house.
Meek milk(bummer) got out,Billy can use his cell...

I doubt that Cosby will receive hard time. Minimum security dormitory. House confinement. Something along those lines.

If he does he's going to bump into a lot ****. :hitsfan:

The guy is fried. I'm not worrying about him running. Also he's seeking a new trial.

As we know an appeal of conviction can be quite difficult. If he appeals, he can and should wait like the common person in Jail. Then go to a new trial where while incarcerated he can prepare and assist in his defence.

He's 80 years old. Not likely he can run faster than a two year old. He's supposedly near blind or blind, which means if he runs, he will likely run into walls. The judge has already demanded surrender of Cosby's passport, tho I know where to buy a counterfeit that looks better than the real thing for a couple of hundred $'s. The judge has already expressed sentiment suggesting he's not likely to sentence an 80 year old man to prison. More than likely the Corrections Department will rule against imprisonment, they have no desire to deal with another elderly prisoner, a burden on their systems. They already have more than they can handle with so many aging lifers already in our prisons. Plus, we can all be certain there will be an appeal. He'll be released on bail pending the appeal. Could this conviction be overturned on appeal? Yes, possibly. Could Bill die, before an appeal is commenced? Possibly, he's 80 years old, most of his life is definitely over. At this point of his life, Cosby is not a threat to anyone.

Cosby will likely be sentenced to house arrest, and not even burdened with an ankle bracelet, a health threat for an 80 year old man, since they tend to create sores on the ankles, and a sore on the ankle for a man his age means infections, possibly fatal. He's not going to receive a death sentence. Yet so many of you seem to want just that.

Now, show me a liberal who wants to see another Black man in prison. Yeah, he's a threat to the masculinity of white men everywhere, because we all know once a white woman goes black she never goes back. She's ruined for white men forever. (sarcasm off)

It gives me great pleasure to see so many liberals screaming for a lynching. The hypocrisy is exposed for all to see. "He who is without sin, cast the first stone." Me too. No, I am not without sin.

In a hundred years or so we'll all be ashes and dust. Who will remember this case, this conviction as more than a footnote?

Cosby is now disgraced. You can all take solace in his disgrace, but I guarantee you, some cable channels, when the furor dies down, will show reruns of The Cosby Show. It will still sell advertising. Mozart enjoyed raping little boys. He would pay poor families for the privilege of having their sons in his bed, or wherever. We still admire his music, his legacy, and praise his genius. Ghandi slept with two 13 year old girls in his bed, because, he claimed, to make him stronger as he resisted temptation. Did he resist temptation? I don't know, I wasn't there, I am not a witness. But do I believe he resisted temptation. No, he was still a man, still a frail being, no better or worse, no stronger or weaker than other men. He's still a hero to many. Bill Cosby will get his due, on cable TV or whatever takes its place. I Spy reruns are currently playing on two minor cable channels and Vimeo.

He's got grounds, his attorney fell asleep during testimony.

Like normal people??? Anyone who can afford bail or bond does not wait in prison. Only if a judge truly believes the individual to be a public threat, will the judge deny bail or bond. Who is Cosby a threat to? Maybe some nursing home ladies, but more likely, they'd appreciate some action.

You believe nursing home ladies would appreciate being drugged and assaulted. That is sick. Poor poor Cosby...not a threat to anyone anymore. Another man who calls his victims liars. Times are changing and that defense is going by the boards. I hope they find some fitting sentence for him. At the very least, being exposed is a sentence of sorts.
