It requires the violation of several of women's Constitutional rights and it would have to begin at puberty.

OTOH, it would generate a nice new industry for the casino ships that go just outside the US limits and get good quality medical care, in comfort. With all those private donations no longer going to facilities like PP that support abortion now, these could all go to women for these little 'trips.' Or they could pop up to Canada.

There have been attempts, in the US, to validate that miscarriages were truly miscarriages...to demand proof. Simply unbelievable.
