Is the word "Putler" an attempt to compare Putin and Hitler?

Also, you failed at grammar, it should read "On which of Putler's (Putin's) points are you in agreement with him?", or perhaps "Which of Putler's (Putin's) points do you agree with?"

I'd say I agree with neither point. Or put another way, I disagree with both points.
Firstly, because the quality of prostitutes in an area is both subjective and impacted by the systems governing their profession (legal, unofficial, and illegal systems).
Secondly, because Trump is definitely capable of falling for that.

Trump is a man who has slept with actresses,models and allegedly a porn-star. I don't think he would have to **** prostitutes. Nor do I think he would fall for him.I am not sure if Putin's statement on Russia having the best prostitutes in the world is accurate because I would imagine that almost every large country has prostitutes that are the cream of the crop and only service rich clients.
 
I don't know about being the best, but they're certainly the most aggressive I've every seen.
