Great, which side will take Trump and his fan base?

This is interesting. But how is it different than the Mueller investigation? After all, any information needed for such a case would have to come from the investigation, which, if it had any positive findings, would go to court anyway. This is all getting very confusing.

Conclusions about the Trump Campaign's multiple attempts to collude with the Russians in order to defraud the DNC and the United States would be enough, in my opinion. While it would seem reasonable to think that their lawsuit would be considerably stronger if they waited for a final report from the Special Counsel's investigation, it must be remembered that there is no guarantee that such a report would ever reach the public sphere. Which means that the DNC has the choice to bring a lawsuit now or wait for better conclusive evidence that may never come just because Mueller's report might never be made public.

Anyway, I didn't vote because the poll and the OP's syntax is so confusing that I don't understand what's being asked.

This appears to be a desperate attempt by the democrats after all other attempts to discredit Trump have failed...time to move on...Trump won fair and square and Hillary lost in disgrace and now on a whirl wind tour explaining why she lost the election, blame everything and everyone but herself.

Nothing will ever discredit Trump in the eyes of his followers. This is the definition of a cult following. We know that. But it's still fun to try.

Watch this hilarious video of Jimmy Kimmel trying to push such boundaries with Trump supporters.

Thats not only wrong, but dumb. And by the way, the ones being discredited by this lawsuit is the DNC.

Back in Watergate, the DNC sued CREEP and won.

It's basically the same thing as the Mueller investigation, but in civil court. Criminal trumps civil, so it may have to wait.

Eventually, you get to pay for your sins. (I'm an atheist, it's just too easy a metaphor to stop using)

The "I could stand in fifth avenue and shoot a person" moment came and went and barely anybody even noticed.
