In the coming months, we're going to find out if there's equal justice under the law, or if some people are more equal than others.
 
Yes. He lied under oath and people are sick and tired of the double standards they witnessed with the Hillary investigation.
If he's not prosecuted, I hope he gives back the $500K he got handed to him.

That's the way it's been. I think it's time for the double standard to stop.

Should he face charges? Most certainly. Lying under oath is a crime.
He should also be investigated for other possible crimes; conspiracy to unseat a duly elected president.

Then we have to face a tough question - if crimes were committed by them, are we willing to prosecute former Obama administration senior officials including Obama and Hillary? I don't think so. I think this nation will ultimately allow them to be above the law because they're "too important".

Yet the left claims Trump is nearly the devil incarnate.

What was that some of you said a little while ago about morals?

The IG's report might bear that out, and McCabe should have to answer for his cabal with Page and Strzok and who knows who else. That whole merry band of traitors should have to testify before a grand jury.

I think it could, might, maybe happen. Especially in light of how hypocritical it is to constantly attempt to remove Trump from office, yet ignore Obama's abuses and that of his DOJ.
 
If there's justice, they'll go to prison.

If the real truth came out, based on his performance over the 8 years, I think it's possible. Hell, the mess with F&F would be a good place to start, and that was very early on.

So, we now KNOW McCabe lied under oath and we're pretty sure Flynn is going down for doing the same, allegedly. But, McCabe's crimes just go unpunished?

He wasn't going to lose it all anyway.

He'd never lose the matching money HE put in. AND he'd appeal and get most of it anyway. Don't you know anything about how it works??? Good grief, he scammed everyone and he's likely facing criminal prosecution.

The biggest difference is Martha Stewart didn't work for the FBI which has a tenancy to protect their own.

.....2) Obama FBI
.....3) Obama administration

They have to attack to divert attention from themselves

I hope Horowitz is looking into the Obama State Dept and IRS too.

Obama used the EPA to hurt people too. If we're going to be honest, we're going to have to fave what really happened in the Obama years. Considering what we DO know, I shudder to think how much more we'll find out later.

Couldn't be more obvious with Comey and McCabe. There was bias and there was malfeasance because of it.
