He's not wrong though. You do have little knowledge of the subject.

So far I have not seen a agreed upon list of these natural rights. It would appear that you are wrong. LOL

when you are charged with a crime, the state is prosecuting you, therefore if they are going to subject to trial, they also must provide you with defense

So then its a right even though it makes a burden on someone else

So what are those? I'm just trying to understand man.

example you cannot say...i have a right to free speech, but expect someone to provide for you a soapbox to make that free speech.

you cant say i have a right to food and water, because both have to be produced and gathered by someone, ...and thats a cost and a burden

Ok. Gotcha. Thanks for clearing that up.

the state is charging you, and putting you on trial, since they are doing that they have to pay the cost.

Thereby creating a burden on others which you said could not be in a right.

Here are two more. Right to a free and appropriate education

Right to emergency medical services

The next two rights I posted are available to everyone in the country. You don't even have to be a citizen

education not a right, its a privilege

medical care is not a right, you will be billed but whether you pay thats debatable

Yea illegals shouldn't have those rights in this country. Either get a VISA or citizenship.

Take it up with SCOTUS. FAPE and EMTLA are well established rights. But you are entitled to your own opinion

Those are not rights though. Rights have to be provided by only YOU. Medical care is a really a privilege.
