example you cannot say...i have a right to free speech, but expect someone to provide for you a soapbox to make that free speech.

you cant say i have a right to food and water, because both have to be produced and gathered by someone, ...and thats a cost and a burden

the state is charging you, since the state is taking that action, they have to pay the cost or withdraw the charges

The next two rights I posted are available to everyone in the country. You don't even have to be a citizen

education not a right, its a privilege

medical care is not a right, you will be billed but whether you pay thats debatable

Yea illegals shouldn't have those rights in this country. Either get a VISA or citizenship.

Take it up with SCOTUS. FAPE and EMTLA are well established rights. But you are entitled to your own opinion

Those are not rights though. Rights have to be provided by only YOU. Medical care is a really a privilege.
