Dark State and FBI

If this country is ran by a dark state, is it true to say these people would have put out or try to discredit a black president that happen to do 2 terms without the fbi/ dark state attacking him. Obama also having a republican fbi director working for him. but for some Dark reason they want to put trump out of office or find something wrong with him legally . By the way McCain and Graham puts country first over party. Mueller does too.
 
Trump was legally elected. He is the President. Any effort to oust him on less than felony criminal grounds is a dark state effort.
