For this question's sake, this candidate manages to become the main challenger to Trump in the 2020 election. Keep in mind that third party candidates typically don't win.
Here are the stances (relevant to the presidency) organized by issue:
Social:
against the war on drugs (obviously won't appoint an attorney general who's threatening to crack down on states which legalize marijuana)
pro gun rights
Domestic:
Is in favor of open borders but still wants to keep out immigrants with a stringy criminal record (obviously, officials will confirm identity before letting anyone into the US) and the path to citizenship will not be changed. He plans on witholding federal funding from cities which knowingly harbor illegal immigrants.
Is in favor of allowing transgenders to serve in the military.
Believes in reforming the prison system to be more rehabilitative and less punitive
Wants to reduce the amount of federal land by selling it.
opposes the patriot act
Economic:
supports an equal tariff act which would implement the same tariffs on other countries which they implement on the US ( for example, a country with a 20% tariff on American goods will see a 20% tariff on their goods). The idea is to encourage countries to lower trade barriers with the US. All other restrictions on free trade would be removed.
supports ending mandated employer based insurance
supports reducing federal regulations on highways and railroads. Private companies will be allowed to build highways and railroads with ease but will not be receiving any federal money.
in general supports reducing economic regulation
Healthcare:
He does not support single payer but is in favor of reducing certain healthcare regulations to reduce prices.
Supports abolishing the controlled substances act
Is in favor of importing prescription drugs from other countries
opposes the Affordable Care Act
Does not want patents to cover generic drugs
removing healthcare regulations which may be increasing the price of healthcare
Education:
Is against common core and standardized testing
Favors a gradual switch to the metric system, starting with education.
Favors learning from other countries and incorporating their elements into America's education system.
Foreign:
Is against intervention in the Middle East. Believes that the US should not support Saudi Arabia's bombing campaign in Yemen which kills many civilians.
Wants to end the drone strikes in Yemen
Favors a one state solution for Israel
Believes that the US has no reason to have 34,000 troops Germany 20 years after the Cold War came to an end. By comparison, America has 11,000 in Italy, 8,000 in the UK, and 3,000 in Spain.
Wants to eventually shut down Guantanamo Bay and give terrorists a fair trial
Budget/taxation:
Favors concentrating taxes on the rich and lowering them for the middle class and lower class.
Wants to cut military spending in half.
Favors giving tax bonuses to people who donate to charity. Lost tax revenue from these bonuses will be cut from welfare. Charitable donations towards people who cannot afford healthcare (or charities which deal with healthcare) will see lower taxes for said individual and lost revenue from these exemptions will be subtracted from medicare and medicaid. Same also applies to the VA.
Is against agricultural subsidies
Favors reducing foreign aid to governments with questionable transparency. Also does not feel that Israel needs foreign aid.
Favors an increased budget for NASA
Favors increased funding for Amtrak and developing rails which will be exclusive to Amtrak
Masterhawk:
That's a rather ambitious platform which would be sure to alienate enough voters from all points on the political spectrum to effectively handicap such a candidate's chances of electoral victory to nearly zero. Some good ideas here but in a partisan body-politic as polarised as present-day America such comprehensive reform must be somehow hitched to ideological leanings or there is little chance for success. It sucks but it is also likely true.
Cheers.
