I say no.Because if they do use the nuclear option it will come back to bite them in the ass when they don't have the majority anymore. Just like it bit the democrats in the ass when it came to judicial nominations. If I remember correctly we were saved from the amnesty that George Bush,Ted Kennedy and John McCain tried to push on us because they didn't have 60 percent of the votes.
