Do you trust Dr. Ronny Jackson to be truthful in his details about Trump's doctor visit?

Do you trust the president's doctor to be truthful?

I saw with my eyes that Obama was a smoker and lost weight while he was President so, therefore, he must've had lung cancer. Even though Dr. Jackson said he was healthy. I don't believe because ..... my eyes.

I think you’re a bit confused about smoking, cancer, and a diagnosis vs simple observation.

He may be a billionaire, but he eats like he is trailer trash.

And time is significantly kinder to the people that can pay for any medical treatment on Earth than it is to Earl from down the road, even if they both eat cheap, unhealthy food.

Actually, the older you get the less likely you should be getting an 'excellent health' report.

I can't say I've ever taken a physical as an old man, but I distinctly remember standards of physical health changing over time from 1st to 12th grade. It wouldn't make much sense to freeze it at 25 and measure everyone by that particular age bracket's standards. Is that actually how it works?

CNN lists some numbers.

Trump is 6'3" and 236 now? Okay.

His cholesterol numbers are unbelievably good considering his situation.

I really don't know what to make of this. It defies reality but whatever. Is it possible they pumped him full of drugs to change his stats?

It’s really doesn’t defy reality. He’s on a statin, it’s working, and he doesn’t have high BP.

I do find it interesting that they didn’t mention his A1c, which might indicate his diabetes status.

But these aren’t findings that are unheard of in a 70 year old, except for the weight, which is clearly false.

That is true, but when you have narcissistic tendencies you are far less likely to acknowledge a health problem to begin with.

I haven't been to every doctor in the world, but I'd imagine a typical doctor doesn't look at 75 year old man and say, "Yeah, you may be borderline obese, but since you are elderly I'll give you a clean bill of health."

I don't "wanna" believe -- I see no logical reason to NOT believe the doctor. Do you know something we don't know that leads you to not trust him?

Just the fact that I’ve seen hundreds of people who weigh about 240, and he doesn’t look like any of them.

Yes, yes we know --- your eyes.

Well then, it's a good thing Trump isn't his own doctor.

According to the doctor, his cholesterol and blood pressure were both in check, and most everything else was doing fine. When you're seventy years old, that's generally accepted as pretty good.

Google it. I did and that is flat out wrong.

Muscle has more density than fat. When an average weight person without much muscle mass begin lifting weights and building up their muscles, their body becomes smaller and more compact, but they weigh the same or more. Like this chick:

So someone who looks really fit can be exactly the same weight as someone who looks a bit squishy.

If Crestor can reduce levels up to 55% I would assume that is a best case scenario and probably not realistic, right? So just assuming here that it's reducing his cholesterol by 45% that would put his LDL at 170 and triglycerides at 110. Is that possible for somebody who is 50+ pounds overweight, eats fast food everyday and is 71 years old? I'm honestly asking here. Also is it possible to somehow fake the results? LoL... no seriously, could they have juiced him with some additional drugs or done something to juke his numbers for the evaluation?

Yeah the A1c would give a highly accurate profile of his blood sugar over months, right?

Dr. Ronny Jackson is supposed to brief the press today on details about Trump's annual doctor's visit. Do you trust him to be truthful?

I say that Trump weighs more than 239 lbs. I'd like to be the leader of the "Girther" movement! I'll give Trump $5 million dollars if he steps on my bathroom scale and that's his true weight.

I need all of you to know that I have investigators looking into Trump's weight and you would not believe what they are finding!

Believe me, believe me people are saying Trump weights 305, I guarantee you that, I guarantee you that, I guarantee it!

Hemoglobin A1C was 5%. 5:05 in the video:

I'm sure your special eyes see a different number, though. ;)

The man has a FUPA. A Fat Upper Pouch Area. He is at least 50 pounds overweight. There is no "could" or "maybe" that he needs to lose weight.

Is this really what reality has devolved to? Trump is ****ing fat so now we're going to pretend being obese is okay?

And the doctor said he needed to lose 15 lbs

Maybe your expectations of what a 70 something year olds health ought be be differ from the doctor

What this is about is just more people pissed that Trump is still president and the doctor didn’t find anything physically wrong with him....just more TDS

You guys need to get a life....

Yes, that’s certainly possible that his lipid levels are like that. And it’s not really possible to ‘fake’ them.

LDL has little to do with diet.

However, I will note that T2 diabetics often have ok LDL levels (but generally high Trigs- not that consistent w his numbers, although he could be a good responder to statins).

His BP numbers are really good for his age, but then again, some people just have good protoplasm.

Don’t be silly.

Josie knows no one can guess weights. Ever.

Proof:

These people weigh the same.
It’s true! A doctor said so!

LOL - one of them kneels before football games - the other kneels to catch his breath halfway up a flight of stairs :)

Donnie says he lost a few pounds, I found them^^^^^^yeah, that’s what 240 lbs looks like. NOT!

Not to mention they're saying 6'3". This mountain of a man floats like a butterfly.

I'm 6'5", big boned, above average in muscular build. I have to be quite lean to be at 230. This guy is only 2 inches shorter and has a pouch, but is only 236? Bwuahah... no ****ing way.

You're the one taking time out to defend an obese racist on a discussion board!

Pot, meet kettle :)

Trump is a lot closer to 300 than he is to 200. Sorry.
