Do you trust Dr. Ronny Jackson to be truthful in his details about Trump's doctor visit?

Do you trust the president's doctor to be truthful?

Sarah Sander was walking on air when she followed the good doctor to the White House podium.......

That's kind of an apples an oranges comparison. A 240 pound athlete won't look like a fat, sedentary businessman.
Of course a 240 pound athlete is also going to be load healthier than a 240 pound fat, sedentary businessman.

My BMI is perfect. Now. When I was bodybuilding, it was a lot worse even though I was in much better shape.

BMI is really not a very good measure for a lot of people.

Obviously.

But also obviously Trump isnt the same weight as the guy in the photo. Muscle mass or not.

A 71 year old is not going to have the same robust musculature and bone density of a 25 year old.

Musculature and bone density aren't taken into consideration for bmi, period (which is why it's discounted for serious health measurements when you're trying to get serious about your health. At that point you have to take body fat % into consideration. However, there's no metric you can reach for in order rationalize that a visually obese person who quite specifically avoids exercise is in "excellent health."

Here's a question for everybody here: how are gym teachers and health trainers going to address the inevitable onslaught of questions over this? Everybody here knows that their only choice is to tell their students and clients that the President's health report is full of ****.

Yeah --- but --- who cares if he still has bone spurs? How would that effect his Presidency?

Bone spurs don't go away. They need to be treated with surgery if they cause a problem and the writer says there is no record of a surgery. So, does he still have heel spurs? One would wonder since it kept him from the draft. I'm pretty certain it was a cheeky question.

Again -- why would this Obama-appointed Physician to the President lie? And does this mean he probably lied about Obama's health too?

no. that doesn't mean that i don't think that he's an ethical physician. i think that he's a good dude in a bad situation.

Wouldn't lying about the president's medical tests be unethical?

Nope. As a 6 foot, 220 pound powerlifter I was considered overweight despite having 9% body fat and a 34 inch waist. The mirror doesn't lie.

Obama released a full written report. Did Trump? I haven't heard that.

Very good presentation. Dr. Jackson is very good. My question is with the height/weight via the eyeball test.

President Donald Trump asked the White House doctor to perform a cognitive exam during his physical last week, despite the doctor's determination that such testing wasn't necessary.

"I have no concerns about his cognitive ability," Dr. Ronny Jackson told reporters on Tuesday.
He said the testing was conducted at the President's wishes, and the results were normal.

Now isnt that just like something Trump would do!

The good Dr. said the written report would be released after the briefing.

Again, here is a guy with the same reported height and weight.

You think the official numbers are real?

Sometimes height/weight alone can be deceiving:

But.....ThreeGoofs' eyes, though. That's science.

You can't see bone density and muscle tissue sinks in a bucket of water while fat tissue floats in a bucket of water.
