Well at Daily Caller it appears brought up a flashback just 2 years ago of Obama stating Libya was a **** show due to tribalism. Libya is a country in Africa. Does that make Obama a racist?

I think it's racist, unprofessional, and other (unpresidential - and injurious to the US tradition as a nation of immigrants).

Specifically, I see his use of the term as one that is "vulgar disparaging".

The "disparaging" is the primary component, while the "vulgarity" is a crude intensifier.
