Al Franken, Conyers, Anthony Weiner, Harvey Weinstein, Louis C.K. and Kevin Spacey are all left leaning guys. The stories about them may not have stayed in the news very long because once those stories came out the men were almost instantanously punished for them. Roy Moore and Donald Trump however continued their political careers long after these allegations against them were made public.

Bill Clinton was president almost two decades ago. The incident you're referring to with Kennedy was from the 70's I believe. The Democratic party seems to be continuously evolving, the Republican partys is not only failing to learn, but they seem to think taking us backward in time to the days where powerful white men were not held accountable for their actions would some how Make America Great Again.

One point...

How many people actually know President Clinton had his legal suspended from practicing law in Arkansas faced being barred from arguing in front the U.S. Supreme Court (he resigned before this came to fruition) for lying on a deposition?

"Clinton agreed to a five-year suspension of his Arkansas law license in order to head off any criminal charges for lying under oath about his relationship with Lewinsky."

Or that he was found in contempt of Court in another case.

"In April 1999, U.S. District Judge Susan Webber Wright found Clinton in contempt of court for giving false testimony in the Paula Jones sexual harassment trial and fined him over $90,000:"

NOW... If something similar happened to Trump what level of screeching would we hear from CNN et al?

News addicts may have heard about it.... Perhaps some others.

But 24/7 coverage? No.... Just no.

“Fake news” to me is about misleading and framing stories, which might be why we will see this issue differently…

Abortion is not as simple as a woman’s choice.
Gay marriage is not as simple as two people loving each other.
Taxes are not as simple as tax revenue and comparisons to the past.
Climate change policy is certainly not as simple as agree or deny.
Accusations are not facts, and can most certainly and easily become slander.

When news frames nuanced stories in these infantile ways it loses credibility. Respect for a subject is perhaps the most important attribute of good new and respect seems to be treated with distain in the current climate. A news which chooses to explore content over context is a news which transforms itself willingly in PR machine, a source of deception.

Love Trump or hate him. I guarantee though you can't understand or get context on trump just watching or reading your typical MSM. Maybe context on a story or two but hardly important answers to the why the trump administration makes the decisions it does, and why they think those are best. That is a very sad state of affairs. When your opposition looks irrational, stupid and evil from a pure lack of analysis and opposing information; you violate your best defence which is knowing your own position has stood up to the best scrutiny.

The fake news is a cancer on us all. Information is power. Truth gives you more understanding and empathy not less: beware of those that frame an opposite as irrational and unrelatable. Truth impels us to question.

Let's give Trump supporters the benefit of the doubt and pretend that half of what CNN says about Trump is actually false. That's nonsensically stupid, but let's pretend it actually was true. What about the other half? The half of what CNN reports accurately on Trump is enough to justify his impeachment and declare him unfit to be president.

Trump has a 32% approval rating. Most of that support coming from the same types of people who were willing to support a Pedophile for U.S. Senate. Is it possible maybe that the same people willing to support a pedophile simply aren't very good judges of character and therefore have a blind spot for all the terrible ****?

Education, Not Income, Predicted Who Would Vote For Trump | FiveThirtyEight

Follow up question.... does being well educated make you more or less likely to fall for bull****? Turns out Clinton actually improved the margine of victory over Obama in the most highly educated counties in the country whereas she lost votes in the less educated counties.

Well, since you asked about all three, most of it is either fake, innaccurate, or biased. Most isn't fake. A fair amount is innaccurate but a huge portion of it is obviously biased.

From what I've seen probably %90 is biased in some way or another, which is why watching from sources all around the political spectrum (as tedious as it is) is almost required.

This just in - the left likes CNN more than they like Trump and the right often disagrees with the left. Of course, the truth is that the right likes Trump more than they like CNN and the left often disagrees with the right.

Correction. The right likes Trump more than they like THEMSELVES and that's not an acronym for a TV news channel ;)
