Should Trump Resign Over Sexual Assault Allegations?

Should Trump Resign Over Sexual Assault Allegations?

What you should be thinking about is the vast majority of the American people.

The majority of the American people see trump as the legitimately elected president. It is only the liberal snowflakes shouting: "Not my president!"

I would be glad to look at that verifiable evidence should you submit it.

LEGAL in some cases is the same as LEGITIMATE. And in some cases, it is NOT the same.

Do the American people have what you refer to as "legal standing"... whatever the heck that is? I did not realize the American people needed any sort of legal standing to form an opinion about their government or some of the people in it.

Trump was elected by the people with votes and the Electoral College. Warren and the other moonbats went to count ballots making a couple $ million dollars in doing so and found nothing but some Trump ballots lost or stacked in a warehouse.

Trump was elected by the Electoral College. The vote of the people went for his opponent by over a 2.8 million vote margin of difference.

Unlike what the WH says, the sexual assault allegations against the President are FAR from over. I suspect more will come out of the woodwork. It's happening to senators and Congrespeople all across the political spectrum from low-level councils to well known senators. Polls say that 70% of Americans believe that Trump's allegations should be investigated and not brushed off. Bernie Sanders has said that Trump should resign over this.

Billy Bush was fired from NBC for just going along with what Trump said, yet Trump is the President.
Al Franken is resigning but Roy Moore is not dropping out of the race.
There are/will be more women coming out describing Trump's behavior.

In fact if the pressure mounts on Trump once again, I believe that resigning could actually work in his favor. Would the public (his base) prefer a graceful exit over a forced one with jail time? How will resigning impact Mueller's investigation?

No. Until one of them is proved to be true, again no.

Innocent until proven guilty. What a stupid question.

Which is how we have elected our presidents for over two hundred years. So the sour grapes are getting old.

Thank you for point out the historical reality that this is an ancient system from the 1700's made for a world which no longer exists and has changed tremendously since that long ago era.

Yes, so whats the problem? Popular vote means nothing... If popular vote mattered California would overrule 30 other States! That also not including Sanctuary City illegal Votes!

Over allegations? No...

If proven guilty of sexual assault? Definitely...

Nice straw man. This does not change the fact that this is our system for selecting the president, period. Like I said, the useless sour grapes is getting old. Move on.

Why are you prejudiced against other Americans simply because they have exercised their right to live where they want to live?

No. I will not "move on" as you put it. I will continue to shine a spotlight upon this rape of our very democratic principles and bring it up as often as is relevant until need change is adopted.

Well you have fun with your impotent rage, lol.

You badly misused the word IMPOTENT. It has nothing to do with any citizen advocating for changes in law of public policy. Doing that is a right of a citizen and is the opposite of impotence since it is taking action.

Merriam Webster says

Definition of impotent
1 a : not potent : lacking in power, strength, or vigor

Definitively describes your rage...

No I used it correctly. Now you enjoy your flaccid and impotent rage against the machine. Continue to pick your losing battles and For the last time, the election is over and you lost, get over it. I mean seriously, I have no dig in this fight. I didn't vote for Gump, or the Iron Maiden. However the constant impotent cries and gnashing of teeth is as I have mentioned before is getting old. Just sour grapes over nothing.

Anyway, have a good evening.

A citizen has the right to advocate for change. Doing that is not a rage nor is it to be confused with lack of power since it is the raising of ones voice in support of an idea that is the power we have as citizens. When you less than cleverly try to mock me for it, all you are doing is mocking every American who has ever advocated for any change.

And that is very sad.

And a citizen has the right to tell the rabble rousers to stfu, the election is over.

Nuff said.

I can understand that sentiment as I am sure King George and the British felt the same way about the rabble rousers who attempted to improve political conditions when he was in charge.

I am sure that southern slave owners felt the same way about rabble rousers trying to turn the nation against the practice of slavery.

I am sure that some males felt the same way about rabble rousers trying to get the right to vote for females.

Reform of the way we elect the president and prevention of Russia from interfering in future US elections has at its goal the improvement of America.

Why would you want to stop a discussion which has at its goal the improvement and betterment of America?

Again nice straw man. Instead of ignoring my actual point and trying to put words and views dishonestly (huge surprise) in my mouth. Why don't you just admit the election is over. Give yourself a break from the sad sack routine. I mean comparing your rant about the electoral college to the fight for civil rights, slavery and women's suffrage is an insult to those causes.

As for Russia interfering, nothing I have said or even implied had anything to do with that. Hilary lost because of Hilary, not the Russians. In fact there is no proof that they swayed the election at all with their best efforts to interfere. So no, just a giant red herring for you.

I am done here. Just thought I would let you know those of us in the middle are getting tired of this nonsense.

With that, I'm out.

Of the dozen or so public cases of sexual harassment made apparent over the past year or so, Trump is the only one who has not paid the price.

Enough said.

The Democrat game plan goes like this; if you can't get Trump on Russia, then try the sexual harassment angle, even if you have to pay some women to accuse him. If that doesn't work maybe convince people he has dementia.

But the point is the system elected this awful president. Not the will of the people. Any implication otherwise is a rationalization.
