Any small company could be blocked or throttled by a large ISP in favor of their own preferred partner services.

As of right now they can charge by bandwidth and by data. Repealing NN will allow them to also charge by service as well as "fast lanes". All it does is open up lanes for abuse and additional ways to charge people.

How does NN make monopolies worse?
