Meh, at some point it also comes down to just being offended...and there's no protection from that in other contexts.
If you wear a bikini and object to men staring at your breasts you are not being realistic. If they start to touch themselves, follow you, get closer, etc that's something else but just like many other types of things, including saying something offensive (but not sexual or hate speech) or picking your nose or chewing with your mouth open...people are not 'protected' from that kind of offense in public (generally).
