Trump didn't win, because he said he would release all.

That means Intelligence Agencies won.

So, I guess you are happy about this?

we already know Trump = a ZERO .................

In addition, some portions of the released documents were heavily redacted by the CIA.

We're not adult enough for the nitty-gritty. I don't believe for one second that the CIA is worried about disclosing operations. Get those son-of-a-bitches off the field!

I don't think it's a win for either, but then again, I don't believe releasing classified information should be viewed as a game or competition.

I heard that the rest of the documents will be released by April but that there may be heavy redactions, especially if the information concerns people who are still alive.

The winners here will be the American people if they care to learn some (a tiny bit) of the inner workings of these types of investigations and the type of things that go on beyond the scenes. I don't think for a minute that we'd ever have seen the documents had there been a true coverup of who killed JFK, but I'd sure like to know what others had to say about Arlen Spector's magic bullet theory. LOL

If there truly is a security concern, as the CIA claims, then any President worth his merit would choose to err of the side of caution, as Trump did.

I heard grassy knoll!

I would vote "NO" but there isn't that option.

Only a "MO" option and that sounds like voting for one of the three stooges.

There is no security concern after 50 years that should keep the public from learning the truth. This decision is bull****.

I disagree. Trump had stated he'd release the files. He didn't. He lost. An "open" government works for all the people. A "secret" government often works against the people. The Intelligence Agencies have proven to be untrustworthy, frequently inept, and have collected power to themselves to the detriment of the Nation. Bottom lime. Trump is a loser regarding his promise to release the files. This is the guy that is always bragging about winning.

Do you think it would be responsible of Trump to release information that could harm national security or people who are still alive or affected by that information? Do you really have to know right now? Can't you not hold your britches and wait for the rest to be redacted?

Trump said he would and he did -- and the rest are coming so it appears he told the truth.

Do you really think we will see these things in April? They have had 54 years to redact this stuff. What good is a few more months going to do them now? Everything should come out. Names, dates, everything.

I think we'll see it -- with redactions. What many don't realize is that the public's right to know, does not extend to the invasion of the privacy of innocent people. The only thing the public really wants to know is whether there was a second shooter, whether the CIA was behind it, and whether any of the conspiracies surrounding the shooting are true. All of that can be gleaned even with redactions.

The CIA has been the main stumbling block to this investigation since Day One. They either have something to hide or they dont't. They've come off looking like a bag of donkey dung, so far. The redactions are bogus. 50+ years and "we, the people" deserve the complete truth.

Oswald killed Kennedy.

No second shooter. No grassy knoll.

CLUE: It was Oswald, in the repository, with a rifle.
