Kneeling/locking arms during the anthem is:

Question: has any of these soldiers been POWs or do they know any Gold Star Families?

Because well, you know, some asshole, punk ass bitch disrespected POWs and Gold Star Families.

Well you didn't last long as a POE.

his protest was supposedly about police brutality and racial injustice, it quickly became a whiney anti-trump protest.

True. Unfortunately Trump chimed in polarizing the issue...

2 way street. he jumped in, the players pretty much abandoned kapernick's message and made it an anti-trump protest. showing thier true concern for the issue.

Well you didn't last long as a POE.

Thank you, you're so kind ...

I'm trying my best to tell you what you want to hear, did I miss something? You don't like POWs or Gold Star Families?

Gotta go now, most likely won't see you later, but you have a wonderful day.

35.09% think its factual disrespectful
15.79% think its factual not disrespectful

49.12% understand the simple reality that its factually neither, its just a feeling. LMAO well at least the majority are honest and or enlightened enough to understand fact from fiction.

SO for the 35% and the 15% could you please share with us how you come to the conclusion that its factually disrespectful or respectful. So far NOBODY had been able to explain that and prove it in anyway shape or form. Please do so now or simply realize its only an opinion, thanks!

That fact is obvious but that wont stop some people from just lying about it.

The weirdest part is how angry some people get. I think that's very telling actually. It shows its not really about the flag or country at all.

You often have soldiers literally holding up the flags during the anthem, you are sitting kneeling acting like a spoiled bitch you are being disrespectful to them, you are being disrespectful to the fans, the country and the flag.
Who is acting like a spoiled bitch and being disrespectful?
Who is being disrespectful to the fans, the country and the flag?
Now is it your constitutional right to do so, sure, on your own time, but if the league has the anthem and you choose to sit like a bitch people have a right to boo you and not buy the product the company you work for sells.

Very true people can in fact (going by your judgment that would be hypocritical not to apply it both ways) pout and cry and moan like little bitches and not buy product. I'm fine with that. Did you think that matter to me some how? Or to my OP?

this is what's happening. you have a right to be an asshole, others have a right to call you one and an employer has a right to act on it's companies behalf.
Again yes assholes can get upset over a peaceful protest if they want. I don't care it's just their opinion. Do you understand that fact?

The very rich players who are kneeling and sitting while the anthem is playing and the flag is being displayed by a military honor guard./

Your ilk screech on and on about "1st amendment rights".

So all those people standing, who are offended by the tantrums the players are having are assholes? millions of them?

2 way street. he jumped in, the players pretty much abandoned kapernick's message and made it an anti-trump protest. showing thier true concern for the issue.

That was my point...

Who is acting like a spoiled bitch and being disrespectful?
Who is being disrespectful to the fans, the country and the flag?

anybody who kneels during the anthem to protest against the flag and what it represents...

WHy are they acting spoiled? the ones peacefully protesting are acting spoiled but the ones crying about their protest are not?? (interesting) I can do this all day
So you feel it's disrespectful, big woop, many feel it's not. Just opinions. But one side seems REALLY ANGRY over it and insist that its only their feelings that are right.

Your ilk screech on and on about "1st amendment rights".
Please do tell what people are my ilk? Seems you didn't answer my question at all. Typical.

So all those people standing, who are offended by the tantrums the players are having are assholes? millions of them?
Yes by your own assessment they can just ass easily be called assholes and they are also having tantrums
I'm not saying they are I'm using your same criteria to show you how stupid it is because it easily applies

anybody who kneels during the anthem to protest against the flag and what it represents...

There are people that feel that way but that's all it is.

anybody who kneels during the anthem to protest against the flag and what it represents...

You're removing all context to marginalize their cause.

The British didn't approve of the TEA party either ...

The two are not analogous...

the British didn't approve of the cause or the manner of protest.

I approve of the cause but not the manner of protest.

Then why substitute their cause with ethereal disrespect for the flag?

I can approve of the cause and at the same time recognize that the manner of protest is disrespectful.

bannon/trump don't approve of the CAUSE. That's all that matters in the USA with its 50-state GOP civil war and 50-state GOP war on America ...

I can approve of the cause and at the same time recognize that the manner of protest is disrespectful.

But that's not what you did:

anybody who kneels during the anthem to protest against the flag and what it represents...

You assigned false cause. They don't kneel to protest the flag and what it represents.

But that's not what you did:

You assigned false cause. They don't kneel to protest the flag and what it represents.

Tell it, eco.

While the flag is not the reason for the protest it doesn't hurt to review the pledge.

I understand that in the matter at hand while Americans who are black fully support the nation and the Constitution, and while they have a long and proud history of paying in blood for defense of their nation, some African-Americans do not believe that the entire nation supports "with liberty and justice for all."

"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

The millions of people bothered by the disrespect are not those two... and I certainly could care less what they think,

Their thinking is in control of this Nation ..
