Understanding that Trump has already transferred command to the military, as FEMA was never designed to do something like this..offshore with barely a functioning government, and complete destruction.
They need both. FEMA & the military.

With the military in charge, because that is the only place we grow leaders anymore, and this job takes a leader. Plus the military has assets that can be used here to great effect. You have to I think give Trump credit for understanding that having FEMA in charge was not working, so he adjusted, he went and got better.

But we are not going to put the money into the place that the PR's expect, no way, which has to be dealt with, this not meeting their expectation...an invitation to the mainland with a short term substantial aid package for those who take the offer is the best answer.

We'll see if Trump gets there.

Yes, this seems consituent with his treatment of women that cause him feel to threatened:

You realize that his golf ball really didn't strike Hillary, right?

I hate to say it, but I very much agree.

Given the vitriolic atmosphere regarding the administration response to the disaster in Puerto Rico, Does the President keep his word to visit or does he find a way to postpone it?

If Trump said he's going to visit then he'll visit. He shouldn't though.

Kelly failed Trump and Trump failed Puerto Rico.

Trump will go. But not because he gives a crap. It's all due to perceptions.

Trumps golfing debacle during a disaster optics are terrible and indelible.
