If it's not assembly, it's not protected. You'd also be hard-pressed to construe it as petitioning the government.
The whole point of my response was that your post seems to make no sense... like crapping on a person's lawn "might" fall within the frame work of the actual Bill of Rights and the First Amendment? Do you have any concept of what the document is about at all?
