The jogger has been pooping outside the Colorado Springs home of Cathy Budde at least once a week and cops have been trying to get to the bottom of the mystery.

The supposed spokesman, who also claimed the woman underwent gender reassignment surgery, refused to provide any verification that he is representing the daring defecator’s family,

Nevertheless, the Mad Pooper would like to apologize for her actions, said the unidentified man in a since-removed YouTube video, according to ABC affiliate KRDO.

Her bathroom behavior is similar to breastfeeding in public and is protected under the First Amendment, the unidentified man claimed.

I can possibly see how pooping in public is similar to breastfeeding. I have pooped in public, even in public neighborhoods. This was mainly due to me unable to hold "it" and find a restroom. Of course, I didn't want to get the poop all over my pants. We are all humans. Things like this happen.

Sometimes, things like this happen but for the mad pooper, I hope she gets help. I definitely don't think this is a crime.

Not a former Federal Prosecutor myself, but if I had to guess, I'd say defacement of public property, indecent exposure, littering and disorderly conduct might work its way into any charges or citations.

Well.... sometimes, when you gotta go, you gotta go. The only question is "where" and there might not be a good answer.

I don't think it should be treated as a serious crime, let alone get you on the sex offender list. More of a trespassing thing.

I'm sympathetic if she has problems, but eventually she'll pick the wrong property to *** on and get herself shot.

And that probably won't be a crime either, depending on the circumstances.

Do you have your body parts mixed up? 1 is ****ting, the other is providing nutrition to a new born.
I know of no feeding practice for babies to adults that includes ****ting as a source of nutrition.
Do you?

It seems clear from the story I heard that she knows what she's doing. She brings toilet paper, and has some sort of regular route she's working through.

If it was a one time thing, that would be funny and embarrassing. This seems like something far weirder.

What in the ****? You have taken more than one ****... even one is already wrong... but more than one in neighborhoods ??

I'm not sure if it's protected, but I'm sure my Dog will render his opinion with a Bit to the Ass.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

To be protected by the 1st amendment, pooping on the lawn would have to be either free exercise of religion or peaceable assembly. The free exercise of religion cannot be used to violate somebody else's rights, or else the government would use that as justification to ignore the entire Bill of Rights, which defeats the purpose of the 1st amendment. Since pooping on somebody's lawn violates their property rights, it can't be free exercise of religion. The act of violating somebody else's rights also makes the assembly non-peaceable, so defecation can't be that either. Thus, in my opinion, public defecation is NOT protected by the 1st amendment.

What a crappy thing to do. She's full of ****, clearly and got caught with her pants down. If she's not careful, she's going to flush away her future.

No.

Defecating in someone's yard is NOT protected speech.

I question whether it is even speech at all, frankly.

Is "in public" outdoors? Seems a bit much, but hey, the jobs are not coming back, more folks are going to be displaced from the workforce by automation, corporations have moved into for profit prisons and profiteering on bondage, and more behaviors are going to be criminalized to keep the prisons full and the stock prices of america's growth industry on the rise.

It says something.

To be assembly you would have to assemble with others and crap together...

Well, sure, one of my friends occasionally threatens to **** on my car, but he's joking.

I suppose crapping on someone's property, be it land or otherwise, would indeed send a message that you likely dislike them or something they had done.

It's the whole aspect of potential biohazard, general disgusting properties, and so forth.
I wonder if there's a legal argument for intentional feces placement in a location other than a designated defecation location (toilet, etc) being a biological attack.

LOL. What have you been smoking? They are not even close to being similar.

Oh come on!!! Breastfeeding your child and taking a crap on some strangers lawn is exactly the same thing....!!!!

In what way......um.....I just cant with you..

Should I just go in my pants? Where am I a supposed to do it when no restroom is near?

In most instances, women can wait to breastfeed at home or in the car. When you need to take a crap, you sometimes can't hold it in that long.

If it's not assembly, it's not protected. You'd also be hard-pressed to construe it as petitioning the government.

The women is not the one that is hungry... WTF? The baby is hungry and wants and NEEDS TO EAT. That is why the baby is ****ing crying.

Elimination of undigestible wastes, bile salts and bacteria is not free expression. Nor is spitting or urination. So, no, dropping a keich in public is not protected by the constitution or any amendment. These are all public safety issues. Why did modern civilization spend billions on building sewer systems if people are just going to drop jobbies anywhere the spirit moves them? We have cludgies and sewer treatment systems to prevent the spread of serious life-threatening diseases. What a silly thread this is.

Cheers.
