There is no question about his guilt which is why he is a convicted criminal. He was engaging in racial profiling which is forbidden by the Constitution.

Then I assume that you are in agreement that Obama is a criminal. He clearly violated the oath he took when he refused to enforce America's immigration laws. And for your info, racial profiling is not unconstitutional. if it were, every police department in all inner cities would be criminals. They not only profile minorities, they profile whites as well. For instance, if a well dressed white man driving a late model luxury car is observed loitering in a known drug dealing are in the inner cities, he is likely to be stopped and questioned by the local police. Whether you like it or not, profiling is a very necessary tool in law enforcement. it only becomes illegal if the police do it merely for the sake of harrassment.

I am what my profile points out that I am....a conservative. I am a mainstream conservative. I am clearly not a moderate. And I am not of the far right. That would put me in Ron Paul territory. And in my opinion, Ron Paul is a drooling nut job. Your problem is that you do not show that you have any coherent compass allowing you to distinguish between moderate conservative, mainstream, conservative or far right. If you are still confused, look up the republican party platform. While I am not a republican, I do support the party platform.
 
I do not think he is mentally ill. The fact that he usually has low impulse control is disturbing.

We are the world's biggest economic and military superpower. We have all the credibility we need. It's not important that narcissist western European libruls like us. I certainly do not lose any sleep over what the common French, German, or British citizen thinks of America or it's president. Europeans leaders want to think that they are America's wise elders and that we should just shut up and follow their globalist lead.
