Which of the top cable news networks have a political bias?

Which of the top cable news networks are biased politcally?

Now you understand. That's why the left leaning mainstream media constantly make decisions to report anti-Trump, anti-Trump, anti-Trump.

Right leaning mainstream media is no better, they kiss trumps ass.

All of them. It can't be avoided when half the time is filled with political opinions and arguments. Reporting nothing but the news/facts is difficult to do when you have to fill 24 hours.
Of course some are a bit more obvious than others.

Clearly all the commercial networks have attached to one political perspective or the other. They've researched and counted their market audience and sell their product accordingly. As a result, they are self branded regardless of any attempt to suggest otherwise.

And that's okay - brands matter, but what's kind of interesting is from Fox to MSNBC, they all place the same "star" at the top of their billing. The Donald! He's simultaneously playing on all stages world wide. Heck, Don's done more for the collective news media that Obama did for the gun industry.

Biased? Heck yes! And they wouldn't have it any other way.

It's kinda pathetic that there are still people who believe it's ONLY Fox News that is politically biased. The bias of ALL the cable news networks is so blatantly obvious to anyone looking at things with a critical eye instead of a hyper-partisan eye.

You didnt notice that some posters didnt think Fox news was biased? That is rather blatantly hyper-partisan on your part.

Yes, I noticed that too. I think there are two, maybe? There are more who think Fox is the only biased one.

Interesting. Everyone SHOULD check all three, and the vast majority did, but as the results were before I voted (for all three, just now):

Those who apparently believe, of the three, ONLY Fox News is biased:

beefheart, Media_Truth, Parrish, Rogue Valley, SouthernDemocrat

Those who believe ONLY CNN is biased:

Slick

Those who believe ONLY MSNBC is biased:

Cuttothechase

Would be very curious to hear to some justifications there.

Do you believe the top cable news networks choose their wording, timing and duration of stories based on their political bias? Which ones, if any, do this?

CNN
MSNBC
FOX

If so, feel free to provide examples of such bias.

If not, you might be delusional. :)

Fox is the only one that leans a bit right.

The real issue is a president and WH who lies every day rather than media outlets who make an occasional error in reporting.

leftwing propaganda.

Cigar is now added to the ONLY Fox News is biased. Big surprise.

CNN is the least bias of the three.

1. Fox News
2. MSNBC
3. CNN

It's not really pathetic. To people who are left or even center left, Fox could be considered really biased to them because they don't typically hear that side.

I am not sure why anyone would think that any are not biased, other than rose colored glass lol.

Agreed. It's very, very obvious that all three are politically biased.

Did you read what you just said? "They don't typically hear that side" proves that what they DO watch IS politically biased. :)

Who says you have to watch Fox News? You are punishing people for something they don't know they are doing. Or if they do, they prefer or a more centered not pro-trump network.

All of them are biased, not just those three, but every single media outlet out there. Nobody just reports the news. Nobody just tells the public what's going on. They all want to tell you how to think about it and how to react to it. That's bias. It's everywhere.

Who says you have to watch Fox News?

Um, no one. Where did that question even come from?

You are punishing people for something they don't know they are doing.

I'm "punishing" people? What?

If you don't know what MSNBC or CNN has a political bias, then you're not paying attention or you're not very intelligent.

Or if they do, they prefer or a more centered not pro-trump network.

Yes, I know people usually prefer the network that agrees with their own belief system.

My point is -- if they believe Fox is the only biased network because "they aren't used to hearing that side" -- then FOR SURE their networks are ONLY giving the OTHER side. You see?

1. Agreed.

2. Or maybe Fox News has a much more right wing bias than what they are used to??? Honestly you are freaking out for no reason here. I never said CNN or MSNBC doesn't show the other side. That's just jumping to conclusions because maybe YOU don't watch those networks.

And if you think CNN is unbiased, why during the Comey testimony, did they ONLY put up text banners that were negative to Trump? Where was the "Comey Says Trump Not Under Investigation"? Where was "Comey Says NY Times Got It Wrong"? Where was "Comey Says Trump Officials Not In Constant Contact With Russia"? Where was "Comey: No Evidence of Trump/Russia Collusion"? NONE of that was on the screen during the testimony. Why was that?

Comey trial? I was not aware that James Comey was on trial.

As far as why those might not have been on-screen, it's likely because Comey said precisely none of those things.

1. Agreed.

Fox News DOES have a more right-wing bias than they're used to because what they watch has a more LEFT-wing bias. That's the point.

I'm not "freaking out". Where are you coming up with this stuff? LOL!

Except he did. Did you not watch it?
